- "The property is in a quiet area and well kept. They literally have thought of everything and know the true meaning of customer service. When we checked in, the experience was fast with great interaction. When we arrived to our unit; within 15 minutes of arrival our downstairs unit was bombarded with the sounds of a large barking dog and children running back and fourth. This continued for some time so I had a brief encounter with the upstairs neighbors to remind them they now had downstairs neighbors. They became indifferent and informed us they would try to keep it down but couldnt promise. Good enough, they relented at least for the evening, but by 715a the next morning the running and barking reconvened. We contacted the front office to which they were very accomodating and moved us immediately to an alternate, and quiet unit for the duration of the stay. "

Come dig our east coast Florida vibe! See it all from the comfort of our recently renovated vintage Florida cottage.

Built in 1955, the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas were renovated in 2019/2020. Very high quality impact resistant windows were installed in 2020 adding beauty, comfort and an extra measure of security to our cute little cottage! We also installed a new A/C unit and replaced all the duct work in 2020 and we replaced the roof in 2021. Our approximately 900 square foot cottage is cute, clean and provides all the amenities you need while you enjoy your stay on Florida's east coast. A king size bed in the master bedroom sleeps two. Two single beds in the second bedroom sleeps two. We have two large and comfortable oversized couches in the living room that sleep two more people, for a total of six people. We have a lovely screened in porch with a ceiling fan for comfort. In the side garden as an added bonus outdoor area, we have seating with a gas grill and fountain. Our kitchen is complete with enough pots, pans, cutlery, glassware and dishes to comfortably cook a home made meal for 6 people. A travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in both bathrooms. A washer and dryer are located in a laundry room in the rear of the cottage. Detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience. In addition to bathroom towels we also provide beach towels. Assorted beach toys are also available. We have driveway parking with a car port. The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles parked one in front of the other. Street parking is not permitted.

We are five minutes from Titusville's Historic downtown shopping area with a live theater. Also close by is a beautiful park and marina with a new splash pad for kids.

You can glimpse one of our famous alligators and manatees lounging lazily in our waters. As easily as you can Mickey, Donald and Goofy being silly at Disney world. It would help if at least one of the den sofas was an actual pull out vs. just putting sheets on the sofa itself. Didn’t realize that the second bathroom was outside the main house through the screened in porch. Again, it was fine and everything had been renovated and was very nice. There was a mix up with the date and time of our check in, causing us to have to check in late. But the host Shawn was apologetic, contacting us as soon as the mix up was discovered and worked hard and diligently to get us in the cottage only 2.5 hours late. He also was VERY gracious in refunding us one day’s worth of rental fee for the mix up — while that was not necessary, it was much appreciated! Overall, we had a very good time and were very pleased with the accommodations, hospitality, and location. We would stay again, especially if it were just my wife and I."

Due to hurricane damage the end of the dock is not usable and there is still visible damage around the exterior of the property. There's still about 175 feet of dock to use. Exclusive and quiet (unless a rocket launches), first floor apartment in downtown Titusville. The building is on the Indian River right across from the Kennedy Space Center's launch pads and two blocks from Titusville's common area with restaurants, shops and clubs. A large window in the living room will allow you to look out Indian River Avenue to Astronaut Memorial Park and Sandpoint Park. It’s a people (or dog) watchers paradise. Your flat is just South of Scobie Park and there are several more parks North toward the city marina. Although not directly on the river it is just down the stairs and a few steps around the corner to view launch pads and scheduled rocket launches from the Space Center.
