We rode bikes (courtesy of the owner), swam every day in the pool, took a boat ride on the river, and had a short drive to the beach almost daily. We got to be the first renters of this property and the AC had went out just before we were to arrive. It was fixed ON A SATURDAY to accommodate our stay. The pictures don’t do this place justice. This home is set up to relax, with key west colors and serene decor. You can relax with your family or walk to one of the many local live entertainment spots. There are several public docks and a boat launch located near the home. Sebastian inlet is also nearby and is known for great fishing. Riverview park is two blocks away with a playground, a splash park and volleyball court. Festivals occur at this park often. Sebastian Florida is a premiere vacation location! You may also choose to take the 90 minute drive to visit Disney and many other Orlando attractions. This location offers it all!

- "Nice, clean, comfy property. We were in town to fish and only needed a place to lay our head so we weren’t at the house much. This one has contactless check in but the owner will meet with you at check in as well. I have no problem with that but others may. She had some great recommendations. She had coffee and snacks on the counter. The towels were soft and fluffy. There were plenty of them. There were only 2 of us but 4 would be comfortable in this home. Listing says hot tub which is not true (I was not expecting one; it was not in the photos). The listing said hair dryer and I did not find one. We did not try the pool since it was January and it is not a heated pool. I’m sure 3 cars would fit perfectly with the garage but I would recommend using your parking brake outside of the garage as the driveway is quite sloped. This one is not convenient for boat parking as the driveway is too sloped and short. It was warm when we woke up every morning. It took a couple days to realize the thermostat was changing to 78 at midnight each night. That may need to be set differently when the home is occupied."

Our home away from home is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Couch opens up to queen sleeper bed. Open concept living with natural light coming in through all the windows. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The rooms were nicely decorated, and I particularly liked the configuration of the shower. - "Great spot nestled in a riverside area. So "shiny" it must be a recent renovation. Restaurants less than a block away, a coffee shop, and pretty much anything you need within walking distance. Great views from the second story porch and attentive staff if you need anything. I was on business travel but if I go back for vacation I hope they have a place for me there."

Very clean, private and comfortable home. I live here year round so there will be shared common spaces. The house is a split plan so your rooms will be on the other side of the house. You will have a super comfy queen bed with ample drawers and closet space. The room also has TV/DVD with Netflix. In addition your private bathroom was recently remodeled and has all the essentials you may need. My office is next to your room so if you need a desk or a comfy chair to watch tv that room is available for you to use as well.

I do have three invisible cats and a schnoodle as my furry family. There is a large screened in porch off the living room looking out to the private fenced back yard and organic garden. Nice to have morning coffee and watch the cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays and painted buntings only feet away.

We have a friendly dog named Tank. He is very approachable, but does bark when someone arrives at the door. He loves head pats and belly rubs. Tank is house trained, and pretty low key with guests. He is, however, a shedding dog that is NOT a hypoallergenic breed. We keep doors to bathrooms and bedrooms closed or he will invite himself in!

The space
The Concha House is a lovely home offering a private room and bath located on the Treasure Coast of Florida. We are located a short drive from Melbourne and Vero Beach, an hour and a half from Orlando.

Sebastian, Florida is one of the great surfing capitals of the world, and the pro tour starts here in each January. Every December Sebastian is also the sky-diving capital with the internationally known "Skydive Sebastian INVASION."

Our area is also home to Pelican Island, the USA's first National Wildlife Refuge, and vast nature preserves for kayaking, hiking, horse riding, and so much more.

Meals available, I offer a full breakfast for $15./per person which includes fresh squeezed orange juice fresh fruit coffee tea assorted breads and entree. I can also offer individual meals according to your needs, priced per menu choices.

Disney themed four bedroom, three and half bathrooms. Near disney, Universal studios and Sea World. Two master bedrooms, one is downstairs and one master bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom downstairs has a king size bed and so does the master bedroom upstairs. Watch Disney fireworks from upstairs balcony. Club house has a heated pool, full gym and children’s area.

Beautifully decorated suite, lovely, relaxing bedroom with large closet space and comfortable queen size bed. Enjoy privacy of tropical palm trees while sipping coffee poolside. Use of microwave and refrigerator available. Conveniently located to route 95 and route 1. Businesses, park, nightlife, shooting range, bike/hiking trails, golf course, beach, and boat trips just minutes away. While dining out enjoy relaxing view of the water, close to my home. I am in quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Outside area is large screened in lanai, with comfortable seating. With table and chairs to sit and eat . Pool has a soothing waterfall. Fenced in yard, with many palm trees. This attracts many different birds. Begin and end your day relaxing on the patio.

Your room (located on one side of the house for extra privacy) has a private bathroom, a desk, a wall mounted 58" TV and a sliding door that opens up to the pool & deck.

The table for 6 persons in the dining room is available for you. We share the kitchen & the fridge (located in between our “private areas”).

The shared pool and pool area is covered by a pool cage. The dining table & the chairs are placed under a roof extension. 2 lounge chairs & a gas grill are available too.

We also share the laundry room and the pool deck. The living room and the two extra bedrooms are for the hosts.
