Lines of communication were open 24/7, they were there for each and every question/need, although we tried to not be too needy. - "This is high end villa, well equipped, very clean., fits for family with children. We were enjoy our staying. Thank you" - "The house and its location met our group's needs perfectly for our 3 week stay. Easy access to grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Publix, and Total Wine are very close by, Costco not far) and restaurants. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the beautiful kitchen was well equipped. There were no spices/salt or pepper in the kitchen but there was a good amount of paper goods and laundry detergent to get us started. The heated pool, outdoor seating areas, and fully charged gas grille made our stay even better. Having both drip and Keurig coffee makers made all of our coffee drinkers happy. Plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood at all hours with and without our dog. Our little dog managed to get under the fence in the backyard so we had to keep him on a very long lead when he was outside but otherwise he had a great time - Vero and Alex are dog lovers and provided food and water bowls, rolls of poop bags, and even extra towels so he could go in the pool. The pool was serviced twice as was the landscaping during our stay but wasn't a problem for us. We appreciated and used the pool/beach toys, chairs, ping pong table and dart board in the garage. We went to three different beaches, all about 30 minutes drive. We were lucky and had incredibly great weather almost our entire stay which enhanced our whole experience. Overall, we had an excellent stay and highly recommend this property. Some minor things: we didn't see the contract until shortly before our arrival and needed to talk with Vero and Alex about some of the details. Alex called us at length to allay any concerns and Vero messaged her agreement the next day. We had no need to call or message them during our stay. The air conditioning was loud sometimes and the sliding door to the pool was a little difficult to open and close. Difficult to see low steps by the front door and the position of the cooktop exhaust hood for tall people were minor safety issues to be aware of."

After booking confirmation guest needs to:

House Rules:
1. Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Should Guest violate this rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $300 environment cleaning fee will be charged.
2. The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
3. All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.
4. Trash fee of $80 will be charged if garbage bins are not taken out the days of collection (2 times per week).
5. Quiet hours: 9 PM to 9 AM.

- "We were quite comfortable for our stay in Coral Springs. We were there for our granddaughter’s 12U hockey tournament. One of the rinks was walking distance. The location is excellent. Anything you need is close by. Rita is an incredible host. She responded to each and every inquiry immediately. The house is roomy and adorable. Though it is across from a school we were very insulated. Once inside all was quiet. The area behind the house is spacious with several seating areas and a pool but no grass. Sadly we were not able to take advantage as it was cool and drizzly the entire time we stayed. There is also a screened porch with a large table and chairs. There was a death in our extended family while there which caused travel plans to change. We were able to comfortably have our three family members stay with us for a night. And it was a quick trip to the airport.I definitely recommend this property and Rita!!"
