- "This is high end villa, well equipped, very clean., fits for family with children. We were enjoy our staying. Thank you" - "The house and its location met our group's needs perfectly for our 3 week stay. Easy access to grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Publix, and Total Wine are very close by, Costco not far) and restaurants. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the beautiful kitchen was well equipped. There were no spices/salt or pepper in the kitchen but there was a good amount of paper goods and laundry detergent to get us started. The heated pool, outdoor seating areas, and fully charged gas grille made our stay even better. Having both drip and Keurig coffee makers made all of our coffee drinkers happy. Plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood at all hours with and without our dog. Our little dog managed to get under the fence in the backyard so we had to keep him on a very long lead when he was outside but otherwise he had a great time - Vero and Alex are dog lovers and provided food and water bowls, rolls of poop bags, and even extra towels so he could go in the pool. The pool was serviced twice as was the landscaping during our stay but wasn't a problem for us. We appreciated and used the pool/beach toys, chairs, ping pong table and dart board in the garage. We went to three different beaches, all about 30 minutes drive. We were lucky and had incredibly great weather almost our entire stay which enhanced our whole experience. Overall, we had an excellent stay and highly recommend this property. Some minor things: we didn't see the contract until shortly before our arrival and needed to talk with Vero and Alex about some of the details. Alex called us at length to allay any concerns and Vero messaged her agreement the next day. We had no need to call or message them during our stay. The air conditioning was loud sometimes and the sliding door to the pool was a little difficult to open and close. Difficult to see low steps by the front door and the position of the cooktop exhaust hood for tall people were minor safety issues to be aware of."

The four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, two of them are en-suite.

Kitchen: All stainless-steel, brand-new appliances including a wine fridge. Small appliances include a Keurig K-Express and a regular coffee maker, blender, Belgian waffle maker, electric can opener, tea kettle, a digital toaster, and more.

Dining area: Very open and bright space. Comfortably seats 10 guests.

Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms, two en-suite, each with its own TV.

Master Bedroom - King size bed, en-suite modern bathroom with European rain shower and jetted spa, dual separated vanities, sitting area, 65" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and a walk-in-closet. Natural materials such as wood, sea-grass area rug, and a neutral color palette.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with rain shower and anti-fog LED mirror, 55" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and a closet. Natural materials such as wood, sea-grass area rug, and a natural color.

Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed, 55" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and a walk-in-closet. Single arm chair to watch TV.

Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed, 55" LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, closet, very bright.

Bathroom 3 - A modern bathroom with a shower, vanity, and a towel closet.

Backyard: Fully fenced for security, BBQ area with a propane gas grill, sitting area for 8, lounge chairs, sofas, and coffee table. The house is pet friendly!!

Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer, plenty of cabinets, utility sink, and iron & iron board.

Play-Room/ Garage: Ping-Pong Table, Dart Board, and more. Beach equipment is provided including umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cooler and sand toys. Parking in the garage is not permitted.

Security System: The house has surveillance cameras and is 24 hs monitored. In addition, the house has fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and certified fire extinguishers. A landline is provided for emergencies.

A vacation rental agreement is required to sign two weeks prior of check-in. Driver License and/or Passport is required for identification purposes.
