Davie is a quiet horse town nestled between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. It has a western vibe throughout its main street area along with wide open green spaces, numerous parks and over 165 miles of trail system.

Just 20 minutes to the east is the beautiful Atlantic Coast beaches. Spend the day walking the boardwalks, riding bikes, walking the long stretch of sandy coastline. At night have dinner, buy a bag of chocolates and walk one of many shop lined streets like our favorite Las Olas Boulevard, Downtown Hollywood, Downtown Delray and Downtown Deerfield.

There is always something happening, whether its concerts, gambling, dining or shopping (or our favorite, people watching) - only 5 minutes away.

If you really care to 'shop til you drop' you can visit the World Famous Sawgrass Mills Mall - only 20 minutes away.

We are less than 30 minutes away from Everglades Holiday Park in the Everglades. Boat rentals, Airboat rides, fishing and Alligator shows.

Enjoy any type of restaurant food you are craving for, literally a hundred within 10 miles of our house.

The House:

Welcome to your Florida vacation home! This is a PRIVATE single family private detached home without on site management, not a duplex or townhome like others in this area. Nothing is shared use it's all yours.
Enter the house and step into the open living floor plan featuring a huge 65 inch flat screen Smart TV in the living room. The quaint kitchen with modern tile back splash. Off the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. From the laundry room you can access a small patio and fenced in yard that connects to the pool area and deck.

From the living room enter the soft blue hallway leading to the master bedroom and guest room. A queen bed in the master with loads of pillows make for a comfortable night's sleep. There's even an extra a/c hidden behind the bed if you like to sleep chilled while watching your 65" smart TV. In the morning open the double doors and enjoy coffee poolside while listening to the birds. Keep an eye out for wild flocks of green parrots.

Did I mention high speed wifi in the whole house and deck areas. Smart TV for watching Netflix/Hulu/Amazon. You can also mirror your ipad, computer or phone from the smart TVs in the master and living room as well as bar deck outside.

The bathroom has a modern look with brown grey tile, frame-less shower, shower bench, shower alcove to store goodies, and a rain shower head. Not to worry we supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

The Pool & Outdoor Entertainment-

The outside area is the main feature of the home. If your escaping the cold you'll love hanging out here! A huge under cover wood deck encompassing 425 square feet includes a full double deck bar, hot tub, sofa sectional with fire pit and sun deck. Pool is 12 ft wide by 25 ft long. 8 feet deep. We have solar heating floating pads which need to be removed prior to swimming in winter and replaced after if you want to keep it warm. Pool temp averages 72F in winter and 79F in summer, with solar heaters can come up to 75-76F.

The Outdoor Bar-
The bar has a wine cooler and mini fridge tucked under the counter. The bar has 2 windows- a smaller window pass through facing the pool to serve drinks and access the grilling area. The main seating area facing the TV and dining table. Bar stools make for great conversation.

Outdoor Dining:
Relax at the main table comfortably seating 5. Outlets are nearby for charging your phones, electronics or working on your laptop. Our setting outside, enjoying the lake and feeding the ducks will have lasting memories. We had 4 adults staying for a full 7 days. Supplies needed for the stay were minimum or insufficient. The kitchen is not equipped to prepare or enjoy meals. (Things such as only 3 forks or glasses, minimum pots and pans or utensils for cooking. Only 3 kitchen chairs, etc)The furniture is very uncomfortable and rather cheap. We pulled out the sofa bed in efforts to relax and allow my mother in laws swollen feet rest and it broke upon us sitting on it. (We did make the condo aware when it happened). One of the three kitchen chairs had a slit, which made it unusable. We actually brought in the lawn chairs from the patio, as they were more comfortable. The glass coffee table was missing several screws which makes it very unstable. We did make them aware, so repairs could be made prior to others stay as its unsafe. In there defense, we didn't report the lack of supplies or kitchen items until later. This was do to assuming they wouldn't replace or provide additional dishes, utensils, or furniture. If your plans are not to spend lots of time in the condo, it may be sufficient for your stay. "
