You can stay peacefully with your family in our unique house with lake view and pool. Our house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and has been newly renovated. Everything has been considered for your comfort; It has all kitchen utensils, air conditioning, wireless internet connection, Smart TV, washing machine and dryer, iron and board, barbecue area. You can drink your coffee by sitting at the Patio by the lake.Local host 24/7 available Fully equipped kitchen. Very close to all shopping malls and restaurants. - "The property was very nice and clean. I can tell that it was newly renovated, but there were still little things missing. None of the bathrooms had toilet paper holder or hooks or bar to hang your towels. Also, the garage was converted into a bedroom, which has no closet space. No drawer or a long mirror for full body view. Also I think we need to have more instructions about the house. There were so many switches. It was hard to figure out which switch went to what Although we had a bunch of small grocery bags for trash, they were no tall kitchen garbage bags and we had a tall kitchen garbage container. One of the neighbors was almost harassing telling us to put out the trash wish was a lot of trash left over from previous occupants or cleaning personels. But we did it, we put out all the trash, which was really close. There were things growing out of there. It had been so long since he had been taken out. Overall, the property is very nice. It just need to be more livable. I guess solches, minor little changes. Will make it the perfect house. I would definitely recommend the house. It's just, I am always traveling in staying places, so I notice the little things. Oh yes, there is the wine fridge, but there was no wine opener to be found. Anywhere, definitely, the kitchen dishes and cookware can be updated. There were no wine glasses, very few knives. For the money we paid. I feel like these things should have been there."

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

These were small issues to us overall, since the value you get is worth it here. The bathroom is the best part of this suite and the whirlpool tub is a great addition. - "This was by far one of the worst experiences renting a home that I ever had! After booking this property & remaining in constant communication w/the property owner leading up to the day we were scheduled to check in, I was more than quite annoyed when the day before we were to arrive, they completely stopped communicating with me! This is AFTER we had submitted the full amount of the cost for the rental. I attempted to reach them via phone calls & texts requesting the code to get into the house, but never received a response. My group arrived at the location and were unable to get into the house! Still unable to get in touch w/the owner, I contacted VRBO. I was on the phone w/a VRBO representative who was frantically trying to get in touch w/the owner too. After having no luck, the representative attempted to assist me w/finding another property. Meanwhile, one of my guests searched for the property owner and was finally able to find them & inform them of what was going on. He was able to unlock the door remotely so that we could get in. Although they apologized, after waiting a full hour and a half before we were finally able to get into the house, they refused to make any accommodations for the inconvenience. We requested to check out an hour and a half later the next day, but was told that they had another group booked for today! I’m not sure why they would completely ghost a guest who had already fully paid to rent the property, but I found them to be unprofessional."
