- "Accommodated us last minute, clean, friendly staff. Elevated out of service while there, being replaced, but we were told ahead of time and understand things have to be done. Not at all left in disrepair. Love Sanibel Inn!" - "This resort was small but quaint. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and the perfect size for my family, also very clean. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and cleaned well. The pool was small and usually crowded as was the bar area and they did run out of towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach but we eventually got them. They offered bikes, paddle boats and kyaks free which was great. The beach was wonderful and very peaceful. The Italuan restaurant closed the kitchen 1 hour before what they stated they closed but there were plenty of outside restaurants that were still open. All in all we would come back to the Sanibel Inn on Sanibel Island, loved it!"
