It is nestled near many restaurants and the popular Times Square Plaza/Fort Myers Pier area, but does not sacrifice the quietness and friendly neighborhood of this beach community. It’s located five lots from the Whale Restaurant(currently under construction opening approximately Oct 25), and steps from the Gulf beaches. Conveniently, it has easy on and off access for coming and leaving the island and plenty of space for parking.

The house is painted with bright colors to set the beach vibe and make you’re home away from home in southwest Florida a paradise.
