- "We went in knowing the area is still rebuilding from not only hurricane Milton, but also from the one in 2022 (Ian). There were a few things in the home that needed attention and the owner was very accommodating, communicative and prompt in rectifying those issues.We loved the location! There were 3 beaches within 20-30 minute drive, and great shopping in the same reach. The gatehouse personnel at the property were very friendly and got to recognizing me, my wife, and mom as we came and went.Good experience overall."

- "The original place rented was not ready upon my arrival. The “upgraded unit”, That was given to me was terrible. The refrigerator, hot water, air conditioner, tv, did not work. I had to personally fix the kitchen table. The final straw was that the shower did not drain and the water in the tub from not draining, was disgusting and filthy. The host did replace the faulty appliances but it took around 3-4 days for some of the items to be repaired or replaced. I never did get hot water in the bathroom sink. After I tried to be patient with the host I left after approximately 6 days. I had originally plan to stay for approximately 1 month. He even thanked me for being so patient. When I left his attitude change and he became quite angry and only gave me a partial reimbursement. VRBO was not helpful either."

Cute little cottage just 30 ft from the beach. Even though there is one small cottage between you and the gulf, the views are wonderful! Sit on the porch, and have your breakfast. The pier, restaurants, shops and beach activities are within walking distance from this little cottage. Time Square often has entertainment during the day and early evening.

- "We had never visited Ft. Myers Beach before. This accommodation was affordable and close to the beach. It is located just across the road from the beach. There are more modern, larger places to stay with a much higher price tag. We are giving this 5 stars because the hosts were hospitable and the place was simple and good value for the price. It’s really set up for 4 people. We were able to get away with 5 because our youngest is 8. We also brought our Yorkie, which the owner allowed. The host could not be nicer or more accommodating, and they really made us feel like family. It really did bring back childhood memories from a different location, when Nags Head, NC was not nearly as built up as it is today. As a child I stayed in simple/quaint cottages there, and this was nostalgic for me even though it’s in a different location. Thank you to the owner for making us feel welcome and comfortable."

This property is in the perfect proximity to the Times Square area. One block from the new restaurants and shops on the newly renovated Old San Carlos Blvd. You are across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and few minute walk away from the heart of the action, such as Fishing Pier, Restaurants, Beach Shops, water sports.
Because we are located on the North end of Estero Boulevard, you will avoid waiting in traffic waiting to leave the island over the bridge.
This cottage has brand new beautifully refinished original wood floors. There are two bedrooms, one with a new King bed the other with two new queen beds. There is one full bath. We have a full kitchen and living room. The couch pulls out to be a sleeper. There is a small dining area inside and a table outside on the deck with a gas grill.
There is a small room under the cottage with a washer and dryer. There are also beach chairs, umbrella, and cart for your use. Beach towels are inside.
There is parking in front of the cottage.

*** Note: We only allow guests stay in our home where there is at least one person at least 30 years old. Please do not leave any teenagers unsupervised in our home.

UPDATE: THIS HOME RECEIVED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE FROM HURRICANE IAN. It is situated right between Sanibel island and Fort Myers Beach, so the home was hit straight on by one of the most powerful storms in a century... and lived structurally strong to tell the tale!! 40 years old this year!

She IS currently GUTTED DOWN TO THE INTERIOR FRAMING AND IS BEING totally REBUILT TO DEBUT FOR THE WINTER 23/24 SEASON. You could say she's getting a little work done. #thisis40

Vintage mini home/ vacation trailer has been totally renovated, and is located within a couple miles of...everything. Large, bright, fully equipped modern kitchen. Modular spaces for sleeping 6 comfortably, central air. It’s located in a well maintained resort that has heated pools and hot tub, tennis and pickleball, gym, golf driving area, horseshoes, and even a fishing pond! Sanibel island and Fort Myers beach are each a little over a mile away by car, and Bunche Beach Eco Preserve is the closest, either bike or drive in moments.

Unit has brand new front loader laundry, 2 updated bathrooms (two shower stalls), a modern full kitchen and stocked pantry, 2 flat screen TVs, and (surprisingly!) separate areas to spread out. There's a small outside space, and a gas and/or charcoal grill for you to use. All linens and towels are provided and properly sanitized.

Shampoo and conditioner dispensers in showers plus other essentials like spf, disposable razors and body wash.

You’ll have bikes, tennis and pickleball rackets, fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers and beach towels to just land and go!

If you MUST work 😜, WiFi and a dedicated desk space will make it easy.

For the best experience, we recommend older children,(6+) as there aren't amenities for younger kids.

Pets and smoking aren't allowed anywhere on the property.

Cottage is less then a mile from sandy beach and pier area. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Living room has 65 inch TV with pullout couch and remote fans. Bedroom has a queen size bed with remote fan and flat screen tv. bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer in unit . Beautiful backyard which give a quiet area for travelers who would like to relax..
