- "We went in knowing the area is still rebuilding from not only hurricane Milton, but also from the one in 2022 (Ian). There were a few things in the home that needed attention and the owner was very accommodating, communicative and prompt in rectifying those issues.We loved the location! There were 3 beaches within 20-30 minute drive, and great shopping in the same reach. The gatehouse personnel at the property were very friendly and got to recognizing me, my wife, and mom as we came and went.Good experience overall."

- "The original place rented was not ready upon my arrival. The “upgraded unit”, That was given to me was terrible. The refrigerator, hot water, air conditioner, tv, did not work. I had to personally fix the kitchen table. The final straw was that the shower did not drain and the water in the tub from not draining, was disgusting and filthy. The host did replace the faulty appliances but it took around 3-4 days for some of the items to be repaired or replaced. I never did get hot water in the bathroom sink. After I tried to be patient with the host I left after approximately 6 days. I had originally plan to stay for approximately 1 month. He even thanked me for being so patient. When I left his attitude change and he became quite angry and only gave me a partial reimbursement. VRBO was not helpful either."

Cute little cottage just 30 ft from the beach. Even though there is one small cottage between you and the gulf, the views are wonderful! Sit on the porch, and have your breakfast. The pier, restaurants, shops and beach activities are within walking distance from this little cottage. Time Square often has entertainment during the day and early evening.

- "We had never visited Ft. Myers Beach before. This accommodation was affordable and close to the beach. It is located just across the road from the beach. There are more modern, larger places to stay with a much higher price tag. We are giving this 5 stars because the hosts were hospitable and the place was simple and good value for the price. It’s really set up for 4 people. We were able to get away with 5 because our youngest is 8. We also brought our Yorkie, which the owner allowed. The host could not be nicer or more accommodating, and they really made us feel like family. It really did bring back childhood memories from a different location, when Nags Head, NC was not nearly as built up as it is today. As a child I stayed in simple/quaint cottages there, and this was nostalgic for me even though it’s in a different location. Thank you to the owner for making us feel welcome and comfortable."

This property is in the perfect proximity to the Times Square area. One block from the new restaurants and shops on the newly renovated Old San Carlos Blvd. You are across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and few minute walk away from the heart of the action, such as Fishing Pier, Restaurants, Beach Shops, water sports.
Because we are located on the North end of Estero Boulevard, you will avoid waiting in traffic waiting to leave the island over the bridge.
This cottage has brand new beautifully refinished original wood floors. There are two bedrooms, one with a new King bed the other with two new queen beds. There is one full bath. We have a full kitchen and living room. The couch pulls out to be a sleeper. There is a small dining area inside and a table outside on the deck with a gas grill.
There is a small room under the cottage with a washer and dryer. There are also beach chairs, umbrella, and cart for your use. Beach towels are inside.
There is parking in front of the cottage.

Vintage mini home/ vacation trailer has been totally renovated, and is located within a couple miles of...everything. Large, bright, fully equipped modern kitchen. Modular spaces for sleeping 6 comfortably, central air. It’s located in a well maintained resort that has heated pools and hot tub, tennis and pickleball, gym, golf driving area, horseshoes, and even a fishing pond! Sanibel island and Fort Myers beach are each a little over a mile away by car, and Bunche Beach Eco Preserve is the closest, either bike or drive in moments.

Unit has brand new front loader laundry, 2 updated bathrooms (two shower stalls), a modern full kitchen and stocked pantry, 2 flat screen TVs, and (surprisingly!) separate areas to spread out. There's a small outside space, and a gas and/or charcoal grill for you to use. All linens and towels are provided and properly sanitized.

Shampoo and conditioner dispensers in showers plus other essentials like spf, disposable razors and body wash.

You’ll have bikes, tennis and pickleball rackets, fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers and beach towels to just land and go!

If you MUST work 😜, WiFi and a dedicated desk space will make it easy.

For the best experience, we recommend older children,(6+) as there aren't amenities for younger kids.

Cottage is less then a mile from sandy beach and pier area. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Living room has 65 inch TV with pullout couch and remote fans. The living room has plenty of seating with a nice sofa, love seat & chair and a very nice TV w/ cable. The kitchen is nicely equipped with stainless appliances & plenty of dishes & silverware. I mentioned to the owner that the cookware was in bad condition & he said he would replace it. We bought our own frying pan so it wasn’t critical to our stay but the new pots & pans will be nice. There is an additional screened room that is equipped with a dining table & chairs for meals plus a sofa & chairs but it doesn’t have AC which could be an issue in the summer. It does, however, have a ceiling fan which helps, as do all rooms in the cottage. The house also has a nice front deck with a great large gas grill plus table & chairs for outside cooking & additional eating space. The deck is fully shaded in the afternoon was a wonderful space to enjoy the great weather we had while visiting the area. We have a small dog & the street/neighborhood was great for walking him. We were very pleased & appreciative that we were able to bring him along. The owner, Alan, is very responsive to calls & texts & was very nice to deal with. We hope to stay here again in the future."

The Siesta Bay Community includes 2 swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, sand volleyball, billiards and even a place to practice your golf swing! It is a 55+ community so at least one of your party needs to be 35+.
(there is a $50 Siesta Bay application fee for all guests as you are provided with name badges so you can enjoy all the activities available at the resort) Minimum occupancy is one week.

The cottage sleeps 6 but there is a 4 person maximum occupancy. Living area is spacious with high ceilings. There is, in addition, a Florida room with a second TV plus a screened in back porch.


Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including coffee maker and toaster. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage, plus linen and towels are included.

Options for dining, golfing and shopping abound in the area. Not to mention shelling on Sanibel Island is awesome and it is considered to be the 2nd best shelling beach in the world!

The pool was an added bonus, but with a newer pump the key pad was a little difficult to use. We arrived 2 hours before our 4pm check in. The host was finishing up cleaning and allowed us to enter early and sit out back till they were done. We were then informed we needed to be out by 10am as other quests were arriving on our departure day. This even though our contract said 11am. The rest is either a VRBO problem, a host problem or both. This property is shown on the VRBO map in a different location. A couple streets closer and directly across Estero Bld. We booked this property due to the location and agreed to a higher price than our other options. Upon booking the confirmation email also shows the property at the same listed location. However once you hit view larger map the location changes. I went back and forth with the host about the confusion and they acted as if they had no clue about the discrepancy. I contacted VRBO where the agent I spoke to confirmed a property owner can advertise an approximate location with their listing and this property owner does just that. This is a poor business practice on both! Beware when you book!! "

- "When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. While there we experience power loss which the host was very accommodating and let us go to a secondary peoperty until the power was restored. We also had a temporary water shortage that we were not notified about. The bed and pillows in the room were not great at all. I am a pregnant woman and my fiance is a fairly well built man and that bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioning was barely enough to cool the whole house we ended up borrowing a fan from family members down there. Overall it was on the cheaper side of our options and we enjoyed our time in florida. "

Welcome to Island Life Suite at 307 Lazy Way, a second level two-bedroom, one-bath unit. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and yet away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Beach access is just a hop across Estero Boulevard at Sterling Avenue to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a few blocks away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi and private laundry area.

Upon arrival there is off-street parking. Entry is up the stairs to an open deck that is furnished with a patio table and chairs, a lounge chair and a shaded area with a gas grill. Enter through the front door into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. There is wood flooring throughout, except for tile in the laundry and bathroom area. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and hard surface counter space with recessed lighting. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. All the necessary items are available to prepare full course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. There is a peninsular bar with two bar stools on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four, which then flows into the living area which has futon sleeper-sofa, end table and lamp, floor lamp, side chair with ottoman and cocktail table and lamp, as well as a leather sofa with two cocktail tables. Opposite the sleeper-sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV.

The primary bedroom is accessed through French doors and is furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a five-drawer chest and a walk-in closet with built-in drawers and shelves. From here a door provides access to the stacked washer and dryer and bathroom, which has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower. This bathroom and laundry area also opens into the kitchen. The guest bedroom is also accessed through French doors and is furnished with a day/trundle bed which makes two single beds, night stands and lamp and a walk-in closet with custom shelving and drawers.

- "We had a wonderful , relaxing time. The property was immaculate, well appointed and just across from the beach! Mike the property owner was working on his other property. Never intrusive, but very helpful with places to eat etc. Though Ft Meyers Beach is still under reconstruction from Hurricane Ian there is still plenty to do for a beach town. Whether it’s deep sea fishing, kayaking with manatees & dolphins , or strolling through the nature preserves. Ft Meyer Beach has some of the most beautiful shells!! Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. Please note that there will be workers, trailers, and construction activity/potential noise in the surrounding area, but there will not be any construction inside of the home.
