Cottage A is one of five quaint rental opportunities on a magnificently rebuilt Old Naples Cottage Estate, built in c. 1910. We are two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Pier and within walking distance of everything 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South have to offer.

Cottage A is nestled behind the Monarch Butterfly Migration Station and has two distinct rooms. Enter the grounds via the white-shelled path to your patio and front door. Unlock the space via a keypad lock.

The main room has high ceilings and a ceiling fan centered above the queen bed. Two windows face the driveway, and one faces Gordon Drive via the front garden. Air conditioning and heat throughout.

Stepping inside the room, you will find a comfortable reading chair on your left and a small desk with a chair on your right. The television is mounted above, allowing you to view it from the comfy chair and the queen bed. The large windows have plantation white shutters, enabling brightness during the day and privacy at night.

Two side tables with drawers and lights sit beside the queen bed. A stylish bench at the foot of the bed allows you to store your shoes under it and leave your things on. In the far corner is a closet with extra linens and supplies. Past guests have commented that the cottage is well-stocked.

The closet contains a full-length mirror, iron, board, beach supplies, a step stool, and other cleaning supplies.

An open door frame leads from the front room to a second room with a loveseat, coffee table, and side table for drinks and lights.

A small, beautiful cabinet holds your things on the wall outside the bathroom.

The kitchenette runs along two walls opposite; white marble counters make the deep silver sink and magazine-worthy faucet pop. The white cabinets above and below add to the scene and provide excellent storage. A full-sized fridge is tucked into a nook.

A sweet, small window lets light in, and the white plantation shutters offer choices. Two wooden floating shelves hold ceramic dishes and stemware. My description does not do the space justice.

The bathroom has a new grey vanity with one sink and a white porcelain top. A large mirror and light above give the space a nautical feel. The newly tiled glassed-in shower is stunning. Low flow: Knowing we are following industry standards is always lovely.

You have one parking spot in our driveway. Enter the property through an archway covered in bougainvillea vines to the shelled path to your patio.

**Construction has been going on across the street from us for the past two seasons. I looked up, 'What do you do when living near a construction site?' The answer was to use noise machines and earplugs. I stocked them and lowered the nightly rate.

This is a NEWER LISTING, which explains the lack of numerous reviews. I recently decided to put this unit on the rental market. It has never been rented before. This recently renovated ground floor two bedroom two bathroom cottage/condo is nicely furnished with ALL new furniture and has been remodeled with a new white glass tiled floors throughout, new high end Kitchen Aid appliances and white glass quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.

This unit offers plenty of privacy. Its patio overlooks a lush vegetation and a conservation green area, which explains its privacy and tranquillity. It is located on the quiet side of the complex. It is close to the pools area but far enough to offer relaxation and privacy.

The kitchen is fully stocked.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, new linen, NEW mattress, and a wifi tv.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, new linen, NEW mattress, and a wifi tv.
The living room has also a WiFi tv. The living room set is very comfortable and new. The sofa is part of the Bernhardt collection. It is NEW and extremely comfortable.

I am a semi retired local attorney and stay in this unit several times a year. This is not your typical rental. Everything works and the unit is spotless.

The dinning area adjacent to the kitchen has a modern table and it seats 4 people. The living room and dinning areas have sliding glass doors which open up to the private screen lanai. It is very peaceful in the lanai as it overlooks a preservation area. There are no buildings on the other side of your patio.

Under the Federal Fair Housing Act, refusing to rent to a family with children is a violation of federal law. Having said that, this property has been recently renovated with glass shower doors not suitable for young children, in my opinion. It is advisable, but not required, that families with young children, ages 7 and under, refrain from renting this property.

The cottages are part of a 22 acre Resort in Naples and are located within the Naples Bay Resort, a quick 10 minute walk to old Naples and the fifth Ave District offering you some of the finest dining, entertaining and shopping in the area. If you don’t feel like walking, there is a complimentary shuttle that takes you there. The shuttle also takes you the beach and the pier. They run every day, every 15-minutes or so. The Cottage's immediate neighborhood is a lovely, safe, walk-able residential area. The newest East Naples hot spot, Celebration Park, only 5 minutes away. The Hotel and Marina with multiple restaurants are steps away, including Cafe on the Bay - a short walk for a great place to start your day or get that afternoon pick-me up.

The resort also provides boat, kayak, bicycle, and paddle board rental services. They are located within walking distance at the Ship’s Store by the marina.

The space
Let me start off by saying our guest cottage is amazing! It has been completely updated with whitewashed wood plank tile flooring throughout...it's beautiful!

We're located just off of Bonita Beach Road, west of 41, WEST of Vanderbilt Road in Bonita Springs, FL...you can bike to the beach on our beach bikes. It only takes a few minutes to get there on a bike as the beach is about a mile and a half away. Close to everything...food, shopping, art galleries!

Attached to our main house (Also a vacation rental), our "Old Florida" cottage is a separate 385 square foot (35 square meters) guest house with its own entrance, kitchen, bath, laundry and large screened lanai. It is located on the right side of the main house (see the picture). The screened lanai adds a ton of extra space giving you a total indoor/outdoor living space of 565 square feet (52 square meters). And when you count the yard, you have 4000 square feet (371 square meters) of space to relax on! It is perfect for 1 or 2 people.

The main house and guest cottage are separated by a breezeway/Hallway and locked exterior doors which allows complete privacy. Most of my guests have said they never even saw the guests to the main house and vice versa.

The cottage is furnished with a comfy plush king sized bed with premium bedding. High thread count sheets and down pillows. It is elevated and has plenty of storage underneath. There is a beautiful armoire that you can hang your clothes in and also store clothes in the drawers

You can park your car under the carport in the rear of the cottage which is great on hot or rainy days.

Included: linens, towels, beach towels, coolers and water bottles, ice packs, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (via dispenser) toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen utensils, drip coffee maker, toaster, smoothie blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator, electric grill, beach supplies, beach bags, umbrellas, chairs, beach bikes, bike locks, ULTRA FAST high speed internet (450+Mbps wi-fi), cable television, smart tv and all utilities. Full heating and cooling. There is a flat panel LCD/DVD television combo mounted on the wall in the living area. It's fully furnished and has everything you need...just bring your clothes!

The back yard overlooks a large green space which gopher tortoises inhabit. You'll see them in the yard munching on the plants!

Your cottage will welcome you with a sunny yellow smile! Enter into the screened lanai, and on the same lower level is den with a futon that sleeps 1-2 with TV. The cottage features a full size Maytag washer and dryer, clothesline, and comes stocked with laundry detergent and fabric softener. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout and the vaulted ceilings in the main living area makes it feel spacious . If you plan on staying in, or are planning for a longer stay, the kitchen has everything you would want or need to make a gourmet meal or a Fresh glass of juice! All new full size appliances. Including a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, range, refrigerator , quartz countertops and large stainless sink. A glass door leads you to the outside deck, which has a sectional couch and a dining table. A great place for morning coffee or grilling in the afternoon. The inside dining area seats four and is right off the kitchen . The living room has plenty of natural light , vaulted ceilings and a clean modern feel . A blade-less fan and electric fireplace for your comfort and enjoyment . Large 4k television with available DVD player and a selection of DVD’s for a movie night in . The barn door off the living room leads into the sunroom with a desk and a super comfy foam pullout sofa which can be a single or a full size bed . The primary bedroom has a queen size Tempurpedic mattress, a wall mounted television, Alexa alarm/speaker and dimmable lighting with a switch on each side of the bed . It also has a glass door leading to the back deck. The bathroom has a lovely shower , fluffy towels and all those extra things you might have forgotten to bring .
