There was a brand new washer and dryer tower which was very helpful since we packed lightly. The resort is very well maintained. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the hot tub. Any other ethical owner would had accepted that they forgot to contact us, didn't return our phone calls all night and next morning, should had refunded our money then and there and ideally should had paid for our other place or had given a complimentary one day stay at her place but she did NOTHING and instead had such an awful behavior toward us.
