The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was bigger than expected. We watched the sunset from there! The pools were open, warm and pretty. Having laundry in the building was a big plus for us. There are two restaurants within walking distance and the beach was too! The beach had rental chairs and umbrellas but they were both available in the unit too. The communication with the host was great which was much appreciated. This is a great unit in this community. There are still repairs going on at the community but we had no issue with noise or any inconvenience because of it. Would definitely recommend staying here! "

The space
Our home is the last house on the right as you go to the end of Harold street. There are palm trees on both sides of the driveway and a huge pine tree above them. We have a camper parked at the back of our driveway. You will park in front of the garage. We usually have 2 vehicles here. You will have to back out carefully to turn around. it's ok to back into the lawn, just watch for the obstacles behind you.
Walk to the left of the garage, to the back of the house. There is a latch on the inside of the gate. Lift the catch and the gate swings inward. We have a nice yard that you can enjoy. This is Pebbles, our Boston Terriers' yard. I would like to introduce you to her. She is bossy and will bark but is very loving when comfortable with people. We have created a movable fence around the entrance of the AirBNB so that you do not have to worry about Pebbles.
If you arrive after dark we will leave lights on so that you can find your way. The keypad on the doorknob should light up when you touch any number.

Guest access
The entrance to your suite is at the back of our house. You will park in a space left in front of the garage. You will walk on a path at the side of the house, through a gate into the yard. You will see the entrance to the suite as you turn the corner.
The yard is a shared space with the owner. we have created a temporary barrier in the yard to make it more private.
By using the keycode for entry you can access the suite privately. Let us know if you need assistance. We live on the other side of the house. We are often home but can be contacted through the AirBNB app or cell phone.

The home is attached to a secondary residence on one side and a garage with a shared laundry room in the other side. It includes your own private entrance, and is on a larger space which is shared with adjoining units. Exclusive use of the fenced in section of the rear garden.

Other things to note
The laundry room is shared with the home owner who occupies the attached cottage on the east side, and the fenced off apartment to the rear of the garage on the West side. This apartment is occupied by the maintenance person who looks after all the yard work, and is available to assist guests.

The space
I’m Frank and I created this is a small tiny house (16' x 24') with a queen bed, living space, and kitchenette all in 1 room!amazing taste to decor tiny back house into a very tasteful and fusion of colors that it beyond the imagination beautiful. The tiny house is located in a back yard behind another rental house. You will need to walk from driveway to back yard to get access to tiny house. Full Bathroom has a toilet, stand up shower (no bathtub), and vanity sink. The tiny house also has a 13.1cu ft refrigerator (no ice maker, but has ice trays to make ice). The Kitchenette has a large sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, 2 burner
hot plate, plates,cups, silverware, etc. There is a folding sofa bed in the living area to watch tv on and if a 4th person Air mattress in the closet. There is a 55" TV smart tv with Netflix, YouTube TV (Live tv), Prime video and Sirius XM apps among others. Air conditioning is via a wall mounted AC unit. The back yard space is shared with the main house. We really hope you enjoy your stay as much as I enjoyed creating it. Recently added a new sofa bed, a new main bed, and replacement lite steel entrance door, fire pit, and a lighted gazebo to the shared outdoor area. NEW 3/6/25 Just added a portable washer and dryer next to water heater in the utility closet. To wash - put in laundry, put in detergent in tub and push power and then start. For Dryer - push power, push program button until you reach the Air-dry setting (05). Then press start. Please be mindful that are cleaned well but the parking area and the place is surrounded by a garden. So after entering the unit a few times with your shoes it will dirty the floor and make it look like it was not cleaned. My recommendation is to take off your shoes at the doorway so the inside floor remains clean.

Guest access
The house has an electronic lock for easy check-ins. The back yard is a shared space that includes a concrete patio with tables and chairs, bbq grill, and (in the very near future) a fire pit area.

Other things to note
This tiny house is located in a back yard behind another main rental house. You will need to walk to the back separated by concrete or grass to access the tiny house by the garage area. There is a patio up into tiny house for main entrance. Please note the tiny house is surrounded by a garden so you will track dirt into the tiny house if you don’t take off your shoes.
