Your Private beautiful and recently renovated Guest area is built on the same property as our home. ***You have your own private entrance with a door code easy to use during your stay.
– Your guest area offers everything you need for a pleasant stay at an excellent location, we offer a Kitchenette (large toaster oven, microwave, and mini fridge) One bedroom with bathroom and a living room area with a sofa bed and air mattress (In case you need it) dining table, 55’ TV with "Roku" system including Netflix and regular channels just for you in the living room, and a 32”TV in the room.
The Guest area has no direct connection with the rest of the house you will be using your apartment independently.
The private One bedroom within the guest area is intended for one or two adults with a queen size bed, private bathroom inside the bedroom, and we also include a sofa bed for two more adults, with closets in the living room area.
Our guest area is steps away from a stunning patio. You can sit in our lounge area, and relax having breakfast, or perhaps enjoy many sunsets. We can provide the use of a grill and ping pong table!
Your private Bathroom will always have fresh towels, soap, shampoo, and toiletries.

The apartment is the front part of the house and has a separate entrance. Don't be alarmed if you see me, as I live in the back of the house with my husband and daughter. But we won't bother you since it has a separate entrance, and I have 2 Chihuahua dogs. They are in the yard.

Noise is not allowed. You can have 1 or 2 friends or family members visit you. But not to stay. Whenever you want someone to stay, you must notify me, as there is an extra charge.
