This part of the coast may capture more than usual, but this was an even more unusual and smelly, dirty amount. If your main vacation is swimming in the ocean, you might want to investigate the water quality at that time before booking. The pools were great for swimming in and very comfortable. -Since South Florida has a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets even close to freezing, which leads to it being a desirable climate for humans, geckos (brown anoles), and insects. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given.

-We stock the initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels/linens based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the unit. Additional consumables or towels/linens are available for an additional fee.

-Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Due to its size and weight, it can't be swiveled/moved.

-To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior Cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund.

-It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence and if so determined pursuant to subsection 15-278 [8] of this Code and the certificate of compliance number shall be included in all advertising.

Charming bungalow style sits on the end and west side of Briny Ave, so you can get the peace and quiet of the beach almost like is private. Best of all you will love the to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, attractions and all the activities on Pompano Beach.

Our old beach Floridian cottage has been completely renovated with all of today's amenities! cheerful, clean and we think it's just the perfect getaway place.
Saltyside is 1 bedroom 1 bath. It has an open concept kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain. There is a gas grill and picnic table outside for the grill master among you.
One private bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV.
The cozy living room has a large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. All this at an affordable price, sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

All linens provided including beach towels, 3 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and beach toys. Do you need a crib or highchair for a little one? just let us know. Shared laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer located in the back of the premises inside the smaller shed. You will also have 1 parking space available and assign to the unit #3. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and fully provisioned with everything that you could possibly need. The residents/guests were pleasant and quiet. This location is off the beaten path enough to feel fully isolated from the crowds and noise of the beach, while still being close enough to walk to the beach in 5 minutes when you choose to. With the intracoastal waterway directly behind the building, it was interesting to see the wide variety of boats traveling up and down the waterway each day. At night I enjoyed going out on the dock, smoking a cigar and taking in the peace and quiet, neighboring lights, and occasional boats drifting by. If there is one drawback to this location, it would only be that some of the boats passing by during the daytime are in festive/party mode and have their stereos turned up loud enough to “share” their music with everyone who’s within earshot. This is only during the daytime though and only lasts for a few minutes until the boat passes by. All-in-all, this location is a gem and I’d definitely stay there again."

Our Unit didn't have any tea towels but we assumed it was just missed in the overall linen for the unit. We simply bought a tea towel and left it -not a big deal. Dan left a very nice snack/fruit tray for us on arrival which was appreciated! Dan provided useful info about water taxi and local eateries. The bedroom includes a comfortable, queen size, Casper memory foam mattress wrapped in high end, breathable linens and pillows. Leather furniture adorns the living room. Watch 100+ cable channels or stream your favorite shows on the 55" smart Samsung TV. When it's time to work, there's multiple places to setup a laptop and connect to the high speed wireless Internet, including the living room desk and dining room table. When it's time for laundry, a full size stackable washer and dryer can be found a few steps outside your front door.

Our 8 unit boutique vacation rental building is located 1 block to the warm Atlantic Ocean where you'll find beautiful white sand covering a deserted beach.
