I was disappointed that we had to find off site parking for one of our vehicles. - "The location of the unit is super convenient . Close to highway, shopping and restaurants. The downside to the location, the unit is on the boundary of a major road and is noisy most of the day. The property the unit is situated is great. Well maintained, designed and safe. The unit size was great for my family's visit and they offered amenities such as garbage liners, coffee pods, variety of tea options, sugar, salt/pepper etc. laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, which was a pleasant suprise. Modern appliances, one TV (no cable available, only apps). With all of that said, there were too many hiccups along the way that made the stay at times frustrating. The unit appeared to have been either vacant for sometime or neglected as there were issues that needed to addressed by maintenance, such as exposed a/c duct outflow with missing grill in a bedroom that would have required cutting of ceiling (messy process) but due to Covid protocols we opted to not have them addressed whilst there. The Kasa team was always available to respond to whatever issue arose via phone, email or text, however the team on the ground was either slow to respond at times or just showed up without any notice. Please note that everything I have said I made aware to the Kasa team, thus I trust improvements will be made. I would recommend with the premise that the aforementioned changes are made."

- "House was clean and located well. We had three minor issues that could be addressed to make guests feel more comfortable. No dishwasher soap provided, not enough towels for a week long stay, and kitchen was furnished very poorly. Cookware warped and scratched Teflon. No basic spices.
