CLEANING FEE:
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of $130.

CONDOMINIUM FEE:
We charge $110 condominium fee which includes the use of the amenities and a decal with barcode for your car which allow you to enter the condominium without having to wait in line.

RENTAL CONTRACT:
When booking your vacation through the VRBO booking located at the top right of the page, you will be prompted to read our cancellation policy and our house rules. Once you have accepted the policies, we will review the reservation specs and make a decision as to accept or reject the rental. Once we have accepted, the first payment of 50% of the cost will be processed. 21 days before the arrival date, you will need to complete the second payment which will be the other 50% of the cost. Upon us receiving your second payment, we will send you a Condominium Registration Form through e-mail and we ask that you send it back at your earliest convenience. This is done in order to comply with the condominium rental policies.
Upon your arrival at our apartment, we ask that you provide us with credit card information so that we can hold it as our security deposit. The credit card will be charged in the case of damage property or serious violations of apartment policy.

CHECK-IN & OUT:
The time of check-in is 4PM and time of check-out is at 11AM. We may be flexible if we do not have another renter coming or leaving in the same day.

- "My husband and I booked with vrbo for the first time to take our two teen boys on a family vacation over spring break. We were thrilled with the comfort, security and amenities of this property. Guards are happy to help with tennis reservations, showed us to our building and made sure we were able to get in and out as needed. The pool was beautiful and 80 degrees. Great hot tub too. We considered renting a car but there is so much to do in walking distance that we ended up taking Lyft instead to go to events around town. Beach is 15 mins by car. We had Target deliver groceries and grilled multiple nights on the beautiful community gas grill. If you’re coming with kids, Tidal Cove water park is a 20 min walk away. We went to the beach twice and to sports events around town then came back to enjoy the deck. You will sleep well on these super comfy beds. Lots of extra pillows and sheets as needed. The teens loved having their own queen beds as well as their own bathroom. Icing on the cake is laundry in the kitchen. We did a load every day with how sweaty we got! My only complaint is that there was only one set of silverware and one cutting knife but we just got plastic disposable ones to supplement. We also brought our own beach towels, although there were 3 in the closet. We would 100% return to this facility. Super quiet, really well kept, good mix of retirees and families. We pretty much never heard our neighbors. The perfect place for snow birds and families alike."

- The discounted rate you see reflects nearby construction, which is in its final stages. Guests haven’t reported any disturbances, but the pricing has been adjusted accordingly.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment.

- Prior to check-in, guests need to initial and sign a rental package required by the association. This will allow the creation of access cards and a car decal for easy access to the community and its amenities.
