Whether in the area for work or play, you'll be comfy here. We live in a quiet residential area, very centrally located. My place is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, and movie theatres, about 30-45 minutes from the beach, and downtown Miami or Fort Lauderdale. I am close to major highways, FLL, and MIA airports. Great neighborhood!
The Studio is cozy and perfect for a couple or small family. I have a playpen, car seat, and an umbrella stroller that you can use upon request.
The space
The space is completely private. It has it's own entrance and private patio. One free parking space in driveway is included. You will have a private bathroom with a shower, sleeping area with a queen size bed. There is a living room area with a futon sofa bed, (it opens up to a double). There is sleeping space for 4 but it will be "cozy" for 4 adults. There is a TV. If you need a study/work area there is a desk with lamp. The desk can open up into a dining table. The kitchenette is well stocked with a coffee maker (complimentary coffee and tea ), a microwave, a medium sized refrigerator. There is an electrical hotplate with 2 burners and all kinds of utensils. I am happy to lend you anything you might need from my gourmet kitchen! We have wifi and chromecast.
This is a non-smoking property.

The space you will be in is completely independent, although adjacent to the main house. You will have your own bathroom with shower. There is a small patio area with a bistro set for you to enjoy.
