The soundproofing of the windows had much to be desired. We arrived on Friday evening. The music from the bar/venue below continued until 2am. Saturday it started from the evening until 9am the next morning. Sunday it was over by 2am. If you are alight sleeper bring ear plugs. The toilet kept running. We called and someone came much later in the day to semi fix it. The Wi-Fi did not work so we ended up having to share the passcode with another apartment. "

1- Other guests can use the kitchen and in case someone cooks, a smell of food might be briefly present. If you are really sensitive to smells, a shared apartment with kitchen is not a good option for you.

2- If you see the trash full, please trow it away in the designated spot at the parking lot. The bags for replacement are right next to the trash cans.

3 The entrance door has a keypad locker that is easy to use and each guest have their own code for it. I will always be aware of your check-in time to make sure you are able to easily check-in. If not having a physical key is a personal problem for you, please do not book this place.

4-Please note the AC is Central and is always set at 73 degrees fahrenheit. YOU CANNOT CHANGE IT.

5-There are extra blankets and pillows inside your closet.

6- The room do not offer 100% blackout technology. It offers a standard room darkening vinyl blinds just like shown in the pictures.

7- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

8- There are no visitors (outside your reservation) allowed in the apartment.

This is an emblematic Art deco building located in Mid Beach on Collins Ave, half a block from the beach. There are a couple of restaurants, a Starbucks and other cafes close by. The closest food market is Tritton Market, 3 block away. There is a laundry room that can be operated with a laundry card that we provide. It can be loaded with the machine in the lobby. There is a free trolley that can bring you to South Beach (10 mins away) and bring you back, so you don't need a car.

Other things to note
For those traveling by car, there is an option for economical parking at Garage 6 in Miami Beach, located at 4198 Sheridan Ave. From there, you can take the free trolley on 41st Street heading east and get off at the corresponding stop. The trolley operates seven days a week from 8 am to 11 pm and has an average waiting time of 10 minutes. The ride takes about 5 minutes.

Another option is to park on the street using the ParkMobile app, which charges $3.75 per hour and has a payment schedule from 9 am to 3 am. The metered parking zone covers from 23rd to 44th streets and from Collins Avenue to Indian Creek. Prices vary depending on the maximum allowed time and whether parking is on the street or in lots.
