Having never stayed in Miami prior, we were concerned about (1) location, (2) parking, (3) safety, and (4) the property. I could address each, but upon arriving and staying, none of the above were of any concern. Parking was the most confusing, but immediate response from property aided me and we located convenient parking just down the street beside “Big Pink” (good food/large portions; ask for Gexon as waiter). We were routinely met at the property by the head maintenance man (sorry, I forget his name - I blame my age), who always asked if there was anything we needed? Very attentive young man who would be a great addition to anyone’s business.Anything that we “could” critique or complain about was out of control of the property and had more to do with bad parenting and lack of common respect that we each deal with regularly in society.We plan on staying at Roami again in the future."

When we got to the apartment it was set up beautifully and very clean. The entire building is for the guess to stay in and organized for your convenience. The pool is a great addition to the property, especially when you’ve had a long night out and need a chill place to spend your day. We had rented a listing with a 2 bedroom description and were worried it would be a 2 bed in 1 bedroom and the listing was true. It was great to have that privacy. Only thing is that I wish the hotel would have more relaxed rules about smoking on the balcony in Tower 1 as it looked like the only available smoking areas were the rooftop located in Tower 1 or outside of the building. Parking is available for a fee, but still available. We stayed in Tower 1 and the parking garage was not equipped for a SUV type of car. We had asked to park in Tower 1s garage for a better fit and were accommodated without question. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to stay and would consider renting with Roami for my next trip. Thank you for a great stay!"

- "Would definitely stay again" - "This property had some issues. However, it is one of the best locations if you are staying at the Miami South Beach area. The management company was great and the procedures were straight forward. There is a very convenient neighborhood market directly across the street. And it is convenient to walk or Uber anywhere. Bike rental kiosk is within one block. And Ted's Hideaway (good sportsbar) and Big Pink (great food) are right there. The property was acceptable. However, the plumbing valves were crazy bad. The refrigerator and freezer had handles that couldn't be opened without considerable effort because they have very bad designs. The place needs a refresh. One of the fire sprinklers in the bedroom had toilet paper stuffed in the opening. The master shower control knob fell off. There are no dark-out curtains in the 2nd bedroom so it is bright in there all night. No closets and no drawers. The TV does not have local channels so you can't get the news or weather. But, as the old saying goes, location, location, location!! I would stay there again but it is pricey for what I expected (other than the location, of course)."

Hello, I am Sabrina and Alex is our onsite manager. This is a shared room for men only. Room has 3 bunkbeds: total of six beds and a private AC unit inside the bedroom as well. The room offers windows and a closet for the room. This bed is #1 and it is a top bunk. The kitchen and other common areas are shared with men and women. The space
The house is conveniently located close to I-95. It will take you 10 minutes to Midtown and Wynwood, 20 minutes driving to downtown, Brickell and beaches, 30 minutes to Fort Lauderdale International airport, 20 minutes to Miami International Airport. It’s a residential single family homes area, so having a car is a big plus, because the bus system around is available, but it’s much slower.

Also, I have to mention again: we have children. Sometimes they do cry and make noise. We try to put them to sleep before 10pm and they usually wake up around 8am (Mon-Wed), on the weekends after 9am. But there are times when they have extra energy and don’t want to go to sleep or wake up on time.
This room has thin walls, it divided from the main living area by a French door, it’s not sound proof.
If you think you are missing something in the bathroom, in the room, etc. PLEASE it’s ok to ask.

If you Love seeing people and socializing or just doing your vibes, this is great place to be. We have some guests that don't like to interact, they like this place even more since Rooms are good full time privacy. All rooms have locks/keypads and private codes. You're in full control of how you want to interact with others. BBQ & Grill behind the house is fun fun fun.

Definitely this is not fancy Hilton or something like a 5 Star Hotel, this is a house with Rooms and basic utilities to make your vacation and stay more affordable to an extent. Also, like any other tropical setting with amazing Tropical climate, be cautious If you hate to see insects. We don't like insects but at times they follow lights. Yes we have chemical application and LED insects trapper, they die shortly. This is a Tropical climate, everything loves it !!!
It doesn't means you will live and eat with insects, this is a caution to avoid any Drama since we have zero Drama Policy.

We open our swimming Pool to our guests. That is not part of your booking. It's an amenity we have offered to you for free. Pool is highest maintenance, I don't think you wanna pay alot for booking because of pool maintenance additional charges.. However, we offer it for free to our Lovely guests when ever pool is ready.
Yes we have opened our swimming Pool to all our lovely Guests like you but don't forget, our swimming pool is not part of your booking. You will have full access to the pool and pool areas including BBQ & Grill, but don't be low if there is no propane Gas or if the pool is not clean as you want. It's free for you. We love our guests as much as we don't want our guests to spend more money on booking.

The property has been recently updated. It has highcealings and Large impact Windows that keep the noise out and the cool in. The property has Two entrances so you can use the one closes to your room, this will allow you to come in and out wheneveryou please, one entrance in the front and one in the rear by the courtyard. The home has a large shared kitchen, living room ,dining room and two bathrooms that are shared with the airbnb guest that rent the other rooms. The only private space you will have is your room that comes with a keyed entry.
Outside we have a courtyard, meditation/yoga deck and garden.
