It was also a very convenient walking location to everything on N. Collier Blvd. The property was clean and well cared for and had enough room for my spouse and siblings. Property management was not up to our standards. The woman at the rental office was not friendly. When we called her about the laundry situation and the smoke alarm “chirping” in the middle of the night, she was rude and started to argue with us. We did not get a laundry card as promised. When we inquired about it, we were told we had to buy it and it would be a blank card which we then load. The office person said they don’t give them to the renters because some do not return them. I just wanted what we were told at the time we reserved. We brought this to the attention of the office manager and she did apologize, but we were already turned off because we paid a premium price for one week and expected much better service. We also came in from the beach one afternoon to find the water was off in the building. We were going to shower and meet friends for dinner but no water. Overall, when paying a premium price for a week, we didn’t expect to be argued with over doing a load of laundry. We also expect the hefty cleaning fee should cover replacing smoke detector batteries regularly so guests are not woken up during the night. We also feel that the property management service should be polite and accommodating. I think the owner of this condo should know. Thanks We have stayed on Marco island several other times at different resorts and we were very happy. "

There was also a grill and a fire pit for our use. They supplied beach chairs, towels and bicycles to get us ready for some beach action. The indoors was tastefully decorated and the full kitchen was well stocked, all with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Tigertail Beach is such a short walk away it’s practically in your backyard. This waterfront home sleeps six, with two king beds, two twins, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

The beautiful patio and pool deck is furnished with a table, sofas, and chairs, making it the ideal setting for entertaining guests or gathering with the family as you sit back and enjoy the view of the tranquil waterway. And the western exposure means every night you’ll be treated to a spectacular Marco Island sunset.

Be sure to bring your boat or jet ski because you’ve even got your own private dock, where you can do a little fishing or sit and watch for a passing dolphin or manatee.
