- "The space was great. The utensils basic. The beds very comfortable. The location was ideal for the beach and eating in the many nearby restaurants. The view of the ocean was amazing. The soundproofing of the windows had much to be desired. We arrived on Friday evening. The music from the bar/venue below continued until 2am. Saturday it started from the evening until 9am the next morning. Sunday it was over by 2am. If you are alight sleeper bring ear plugs. The toilet kept running. We called and someone came much later in the day to semi fix it. The Wi-Fi did not work so we ended up having to share the passcode with another apartment. "

- "This place was a perfect stay. I had a little trouble checking into the apartment but overall it was a great experience. Plenty of space in both bedrooms and the living area. Everything worked except the front room TV. I would definitely book here again. The only problem is parking. 1 parking permit should be provided to anyone who pays to stay here. I saw a tenant car get towed due to not having a permit at the same spot I previously parked at. There was no towel in the kitchen or a towel rack to hang one. We ended up using a bath hand towel. The entry door and the west alley door were not closing all the way. That is a security concern. Ezra called maintenance but they were unable to get them to close securely or consistently. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend The Residences on Ocean to others. Great price and location. "

Public parking is available three blocks south on 27th Collins Avenue and six blocks north on 36th Collins Avenue. Alternatively, you can use valet parking at Hotel RIU for $30 per day. For a more economical option, parking is available at 400 W 42nd St, Miami Beach, FL 33140, for only $8 per day, about a 15-minute walk from the property. The free trolley service can take you right to the parking garage.

We do not have our own space as stated and hotel parking is very expensive as stated above. Most guests park it in the public parking lot at 65 and hills as stated.
From 6pm to 8am it's free and the rest of the time at 1 dollar per hour you can leave credit for the next day for example if you leave the car after 6pm and need to leave at 10am leave credit for 2 hours
I want to tell you that you have general wifi in the building you do not have private wi fi in the apartment. The hotel's wifi works throughout the building and is stronger in the lobby and in the depots depends on how many guests are connected
If you want, you can pay $38 per day when you arrive at the hotel at the front desk and there will be parking at the building, please tell me a lot. Thank you very much
