The soundproofing of the windows had much to be desired. We arrived on Friday evening. The music from the bar/venue below continued until 2am. Saturday it started from the evening until 9am the next morning. Sunday it was over by 2am. If you are alight sleeper bring ear plugs. The toilet kept running. We called and someone came much later in the day to semi fix it. The Wi-Fi did not work so we ended up having to share the passcode with another apartment. "

Luckily there was a CVS in walking distance I was able to pick up any small items I needed. Plates and cups were not in the room but were available upon request. My room had marks on the walls in random places that I wouldn’t otherwise notice but that is what caused my 4 rating. All in all I stayed for 5 nights and was happy with my stay. The bed is next a window that had curtains that let too much light in at night. The building across the street had lights shining at the window all night. Darker curtains would help a lot. There was no towel in the kitchen or a towel rack to hang one. We ended up using a bath hand towel. The entry door and the west alley door were not closing all the way. That is a security concern. Ezra called maintenance but they were unable to get them to close securely or consistently. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend The Residences on Ocean to others. Great price and location. "

The property is conveniently located. Just across the street from a Seven-Eleven store next to a gas station. A pleasant ambiance cafeteria across the street. Within 2 blocks you will find stores, Cafeterias, small restaurants, little markets, Walgreen Pharmacy drug store, Supermarket Publix.

We do not have our own space as stated and hotel parking is very expensive as stated above. Most guests park it in the public parking lot at 65 and hills as stated.
From 6pm to 8am it's free and the rest of the time at 1 dollar per hour you can leave credit for the next day for example if you leave the car after 6pm and need to leave at 10am leave credit for 2 hours
I want to tell you that you have general wifi in the building you do not have private wi fi in the apartment. The hotel's wifi works throughout the building and is stronger in the lobby and in the depots depends on how many guests are connected
If you want, you can pay $38 per day when you arrive at the hotel at the front desk and there will be parking at the building, please tell me a lot. Thank you very much
