Not surprisingly, our beach community has rebuilt back quickly and is hosting locals and tourist alike almost as if it never happened. The beach itself is in great shape.

Our island is still recovering and please know construction will be going on for years to come, but there’s still lots to do and see here! The beach is lovely. Many of restaurants and businesses are 100% back to normal, with more rebuilding and coming back everyday. The beach shops off and on island are back up and running and there are a few beach trailers that offer beach gear as well. The Publix Grocery, 7 Elevens and CVS are newly remodeled and are up and running on island as well. I couldn’t be more proud to have a place in this community and sharing our little place in paradise again couldn’t be more satisfying.

This unit has one king bed and is a newly renovated studio. It is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. Park your car and walk everywhere or Uber in. The street itself is a quiet retreat. This is a lower unit located on Carolina Avenue, FMB.
Please know we have acid washed the pool and have all new pool equipment. Unfortunately Ian stained the pool. I am told the stain may fade over time with the chemicals. If not, then I have to resurface the pool which is not an option now. The pool and spa can be heated. The spa/lights shut down at 10p.m. for the night due to FMB's noise ordinance. Charcoal BBQ by the pool and one by your entrance.

It all has been updated and has appliances for cooking anything. We provide beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach wagon, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body soap, hand sanitizer, It is the downstairs unit and the pool is shared with the upstairs unit.

My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. The cost is $40.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning to rent this and have more than 10 ppl, then this unit is NOT for you. This is NOT a party house. No house parties of any sort. Only the booked amount of guests may use the pool. You cannot invite family or friends to use the pool unless you have permission. The downstairs unit shares the pool and is allowed 2 max.
You must be 30 or older to rent. If younger, you may reach out to me if you feel there is an exception. FMB is strictly enforcing this ordinance and I have been warned if it happens again, I will be fined $500 hourly. You will be asked to leave without refund. Sadly now I have to post this. This house is a spacious 1600 sq ft open concept, two official bedrooms, (third room has been turned into a bedroom), 2 bath unit that has the potential to sleep 10 people.

Each of the two bedrooms has a king-size bed. There are two bright sunrooms that can sleep 2 in each room. The sunroom/bedroom being the 3rd bedroom, adjoining the 2 bedrooms has a queen-size bed. The access is through either adjoining bedrooms. The cozy sunroom does close up with complete privacy.

The second sunroom off of the kitchen/living room has a queen sleeper.

This is an upstairs unit. We do have another unit which is a cozy studio apartment downstairs that sleeps two with a king-size bed. This is a separate rental and shares the pool. vrbo#1253979. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and the master bath has a Jacuzzi jet tub that is none working. So if you need a tub, there is not one. This home is located in the most desirable area on the north end approximately 4/10 of a mile from Times Square and the pier (gone) with numerous restaurants and bars all within a short walk. It is about 8 houses away from the Gulf near Beach Access #32 Avenue E.

Inside the upper unit are 2 washers & 2 dryers. Each bathroom has a blow dryer. There is a charcoal BBQ. 65" smart TV is in the living room and both bedrooms have 55" smart tvs. 42" tv is in the sunroom adjoining the living room and kitchen. 42" tv in the adjoining sunroom to the two bedrooms.

The kitchen is really well-stocked for almost any need. Beach towels, chairs, beach wagon and a cooler are provided for your use. It is a pet-friendly unit, beach and some restaurants are too. There is a $100 pet fee for one pet. $125 for two. This upper unit has access to a Rooftop Patio that has breathtaking panoramic views of Fort Myers Beach. No children are allowed on the Rooftop for any reason. No need for a car.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again.
