The Boca Grande Beach House, South Unit, is 1/2 of a one-story duplex. The house is casual and comfortable. It has a combination living/dining room, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with 2 twins) a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with step-in shower and a large screened-in porch across the back. There is a private, shaded side yard with table, chairs and chaise lounges.

The house is in a terrific location on a large corner lot, directly across the road from a 7-mile beach. It is caddy-corner to the historic Gasparilla Lighthouse. A short walk will take you to the charming village of Boca Grande with fun shopping and great restaurants. At the Boca Grande Community Center, you will find a workout room & play ground for kids. Don't miss the Johann Fust Library on 10th St. where you can borrow books and movies.Tennis courts and a Friday Farmer's Market (during season) are at the end of our street. The seven mile jog/bike path runs directly in front of the property.

Most of our guests choose to return year after year and consider it their 'home away from home’. Once you are on the island, you do not need a car. golf carts and bikes can be rented in town.

Completely renovated in November 2017, this stylishly furnished and exceptionally well equipped home is now available for weekly, monthly or seasonal rentals. Three night minimum off season rental also considered. One well behaved dog is permitted. No other animals. The beautifully furnished living room offers a brand new, 55 inch Sony Bravia flat screen television. The boat house’s private dock on the Bayou can accommodate your 22 foot boat.

This boat house is located on a quiet, secluded street in the Boca Grande Historic District one block east of the Boca Grande bike path and only a few blocks east of the Boca Grande beaches. You can walk, bike or golf cart into town on the bike path.

Kitchen is designed and well equipped for the enthusiastic cook. Beautiful and functional fully equipped gourmet kitchen, new in 2017, with stainless steel appliances including gas stove, 3 door refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, elegant neutral Caesarstone countertops, white all wood cabinets and Calphalon cookware will make vacation cooking quick and easy. Rectangular indoor dining table seats six. Outdoor round dining set on upper porch seats four or more guests. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer and brand new Oreck vacuum cleaner makes quick clean-ups easy. Professional cleaning service is available on a weekly basis at additional cost. Tenants for longer than two week rentals are required to use this bi-weekly cleaning service. That’s how we keep this house sparkling clean for our guests.

The two upper level spacious bedrooms each offer a king sized bed and its own en suite private full bathroom (one new in 2017) well stocked with white hotel quality towels and new linens, blankets, and pillows and beach towels. House sleeps six in beds. Your visitors can access the third full upstairs bathroom directly from the living room.

The lower level bedroom has two extra long twin beds and its own full bathroom as well as a private screened porch at dock level.

The upper level screened porch is fully furnished with white, Lloyd Flanders, all weather wicker cushioned sofa, four cushioned arm chairs, one cushioned ottoman and a matching outdoor, glass topped round dining set directly overlooking the Boca Grande Bayou.

Covered parking is provided for two cars and driveway parking for an additional two cars or for your rented golf carts and rented bicycles.

Back at the condo, there's a barbeque, pool, towels, outdoor showers, free Wi-Fi and cable, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer, and a pull-out sofa. We offer preferred rates for our returning and long-term guests. Our condo is managed by the Boca Grande Club.

Uncle Henry's Marina, which accommodates about 50 boats, and has a good launching ramp and rental slips, is located just in front of our property. The marina has limited services but has gas, water, electricity, restaurant, BBQs, etc.

We rented a golf cart and got snacks from Kappys which is walking distance to condo. Super convenient! The golf cart was fun for going out to eat, visiting the beach and exploring. Boca Grande has plenty of pool options and even a nice playground for small kiddos right down the road from this unit. Big bonus - family of manatees were right outside our door by the dock more than once. We loved it! Unit is clean with all amenities and lots of extra linens. Previous renters broke a drawer and it wasn’t fixed during our stay but we didn’t care, too much fun to be had. I would highly recommend to a couple or anyone with 1-2 small children who can sleep on pullout sofa. We can’t wait to come back!"
