We enjoyed after dinner conversation on the rooftop while the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Rodney answered all of my questions in a timely manner and offered great suggestions on local restaurants. We had an amazing time. The property was clean and well stocked. Everyone enjoyed many hours at the pool as well. We basically had the beach all to us. Waterfront, centrally located guest suite with a heated pool. The backyard features a large dock with 4 Adirondack chairs, 2 kayaks and 1 stand-up paddle board if you are looking for some exercise on the water! The Imperial River is less than a 5-minute kayak ride away! Bonita Spring’s best beaches are only 4 miles away and Naples Vanderbilt beach is 8 miles away.
The guest suite has a separate entrance and ample parking for up to 3 cars or an RV. Our guests will have the entire suite to themselves and full access to the pool, outdoor shower, grill, 3 road bikes, 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs in addition to the water sports equipment detailed above. There is a designated washer and dryer specific to this unit only available to guests, not shared with the owners.

NOTE:
This is a single story, single family home. Your suite will be the entire left portion of the home that consists of two full baths, caterer’s kitchen, a master bedroom and living room with a pull-out couch. The pool and dock are shared with the owner. Both owners work full-time and are rarely use the backyard area.

The backyard is incredibly peaceful and the location provides access to all the best of what South West Florida has to offer!

Rules and additional services:
No loud music, parties, or late-night loud conversations by the pool or dock allowed. We try to be very respectful of our neighbors, it is a quiet neighborhood.

All occupants must be 5 years old or older. Certain exceptions will be allowed upon request. All children should be watched carefully around the pool and dock at all times.

Rent responsibly and at your own risk. The owner shall not be responsible for any incidents. The renter is responsible and liable for any damage to the property.

All cars need to be parked on left hand side of the driveway. Please do not block the two car garage.
