- "What a great time we had during our stay at Steve and Abbe's property from 3/30 thru 4/4/2023. Quick ride to/from RSW. Access to the property was easy. The property was laid out perfectly for our needs. The finishes throughout the property were all top-notch, modern and felt new. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all great with plenty of room - and the showers were excellent! Full size washer and dryer came in handy. Plenty of closet space - I think my wife Kel wants one like the closet in the master at our home. Plenty of room to host extended family either living or also visiting the area during our time in SWFL. I couldn't get my parents off the lanai first thing in the morning or at night, which was quite comfortable, nicely furnished and a great place to enjoy a nice breeze and view of the canal. We had family stretched between Naples to Ft. Myers, so this location in Bonita Springs was centrally located with easy access to Bonita Beach Blvd, 41, 75 or other access roads like Vanderbilt to avoid traffic on some of those more heavily used main roads. Plenty of places to charge our devices - even an adjustable stand-up desk in one of the bedrooms! TVs with plenty of streaming options in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Just a great trip all-in-all, made even greater by Steve & Abbe's home. They thought of everything to make it a great choice for our family, and we would most certainly stay there again in the future!"

Your home away from home is an open concept attached villa with tall ceilings with large windows and sliders letting in tons of natural light. There are 2 TV's: one very large TV in the family room and 1 large in the main bedroom, Wi Fi, Electric, Water, Cable all included!

The main bedroom is in the rear of the house, facing the natural preserve for ultimate privacy and features a King bed, all brad new furnishings, plush carpet and a very large en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a zero edge glass enclosed shower, dual sinks on the vanity and a walk in closet with a iron and ironing board.

The second bedroom, towards the front of the house features a Queen bed, a tall chest of drawers and a large closet.
In the second full size bathroom you will find a tub and shower combo, a single granite topped vanity and tile on the diagonal. This is not attached to the second bedroom so its great for guests as well

There is a sleeper sofa that turns into a full bed in the den. The den has french doors leading to it and is located steps from the main entry of the villa, which is on the side of the villa. The kitchen has granite counters, hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a high top counter with 2 chairs to have informal meals. The 6 top dining set is right off the kitchen and has a rustic farmhouse high top table and chairs set.

This beautifully decorated, luxurious, non-smoking, 3 bedroom, two bath villa is located on the eighteenth fairway of the Bonita Springs Golf and Country Club (Now Closed). It has plenty of amenities to enhance your comfort. It features over 1800 square feet of living area under air, a large lanai and an attached garage! It is fully furnished with large comfortable couch, loveseat, recliner, entertainment center with TV, DVD, and CD player--and that's just in the living room.

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with shower and double sink. It also features a very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds for guests or family. The third bedroom features a hide-a-bed and an armoire with desk. They share a full bathroom. - "Just like home.......but warm and green in January. This 2 bedroom plus den/guest bedroom home is quite, roomy, clean and COMPLETE. All you could possibly need is here...just bring your tooth brush and a few changes of clothes. The lanai is big with a view of lush greens and a lovely breeze. The bedrooms are comfy and dark with lots of room. The kitchen is GREAT, clean and open with lots of room to cook and everything you can think of to cook with. The location has easy access to shopping and beaches with a Publix, a Fresh Market, a Starbucks and a wonderful farmers market within a 4 mile radius......plus tons more. The home is tucked into a closed neighborhood with no thru traffic so you don't feel like you're in the bustling heart of Bomita Springs (and it's pet fiendly). Best of all, the owners are wonderful, warm and gracious.....! We hope to be here again next January (and maybe Frebruary too ;-) ).
