This newly decorated and furnished 2nd floor villa is meticulously maintained and boasts a very large kitchen that's a cook's dream. This villa sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the den which contains a bunk bed (twin with full on bottom) and trundle. It has two full baths and has a washer and dryer in the villa. You'll love the extraordinary view from the Rear Screened Lanai, which includes views of Babcock National Golf Course's Hole #1 green and a sparkling lake. This villa offers a Golf membership and access to all the Resort Class ammenities in the community. The Babcock National Amenity Center includes an 18 Hole Golf Course Designed by Gordon Lewis, a Clubhouse, Restaurant, Multiple Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Resort Style Pool, Lap Lane Pool and Hot Tub / Spa. There is also a Tiki Bar &
Grill, State-of-the-Art Fitness Center, Aerobics Studio, Outdoor Yoga Lawn, Steam Sauna and Day Spa, all for your use.
