But definitely the electric outlets are not anything that would keep me from coming back- I would just try to remember to take an extension cord. This was a great hotel and I am definitely looking for an opportunity to go back with my husband!"

No Pets: While we love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. This helps us keep the space clean and allergy-free for all our guests. Any unauthorized pets will incur a $175 additional cleaning fee and possible addition fees for any damage.

No Smoking: To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all our guests, smoking is not allowed anywhere in property, inside or out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Any damages caused by smoking may result in additional charges.

Guest Count: For your comfort and safety, we ask that the number of guests staying matches the number on your reservation. This helps us prepare the space properly and ensures that everyone has a wonderful experience.

Respect for Neighbors: While you have a private unit, there are other condos in the building. We kindly ask that you be considerate of other tenants, especially during quiet hours. Your thoughtfulness helps everyone enjoy their time here.

House Rules: To keep our home in top condition for all guests, we kindly remind you that any broken house rules may result in a $150+ charge. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to offer a clean and peaceful environment for everyone.

Escape to this 1 bed, 1 bath unit in a charming over 55+ park. Enjoy sun-kissed days by the pool, stroll around the lake, and meet friendly people. The clubhouse has entertainment, while nearby downtown & Charlotte Harbor provide many opportunities for exploration. You are a 30–45-minute drive to Englewood, Fort Myers, & Siesta Key. ONLY for rentals over 30 days: you must fill out and return an application with the park at a $100 admin fee and submit to a background check at $30. per guest.

Other things to note
To rent in this park, one occupant must be at least 55 years of age, if dual occupancy, the second individual must be at least 45. Prior to arrival, there is necessary documentation that must be completed and submitted via mail or in person. As mandated by Florida law, a transfer fee of $100 per person and per park rules a background check fee of $30 per person must be paid directly to the office. While cable channels are not provided, basic internet, and a smart television are included. Residents are permitted to bring up to two dogs, except for certain restricted breeds below.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place (In Punta Gorda with easy access to Port Charlotte, Arcadia, N. Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers via I75). Punta Gorda, single family home near Tuckers Grade and 41 in a quiet neighborhood, built in 2021.

TWO bedrooms included with a private bath; one furnished with a queen bed and the other has a small couch, desk, and twin bed which allows an occupancy up to 3. Washer/dryer available. Adults only please.

1/4 acre lot with woods on two sides of the home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe!

The kitchen is fully equipped and available for use, just clean up after yourself, and a large dining room table.

In a gated senior only 55+ park, a lovely home awaits with many amenities like a pool, hot tub, gym, pickleball, shuffleboard etc. providing the renter a luxurious lifestyle. Close to the marina, downtown Punta Gorda, Charlotte Harbor, golf, and within a 30-45 min ride to beaches. All renters are required to submit a background check directly to the park itself, at least 15 days prior to your stay at a fee of $100.00 after you book.

Enjoy your own 2 room suite in this lovely secluded neighborhood. The bamboo floors and light colored wood make your space bright and cheerful. The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.

Enjoy your own private space with a kitchenette which includes a futon for extra sleep room or just comfortable relaxing. There's plenty of closet space and drawers built into the bed for your belongings. You'll have access to the back yard screened pool, hammock, dock, and canal.

You’ll be insured of comfort, safety and cleanliness at all times with your own private lock, and keypad lock located at the front door during check in.
