Nestled in a tropical setting, the expansive floor plan with it's glass walls in the main living area combine the beauty of a tropical waterfront location with the comfort of the open relaxed living space. The home features a very large lanai with 2 dining tables for 10 people and a lovely seating area outside the master bedroom.

While the house has a very open floor plan, it affords privacy for all, comfortably sleeping 8. If one group chooses to watch a Netflix movie on the 60 inch TV in the family room, another group can converse or read on the other side of the home or on the spacious lanai.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite features a king bed, TV and a HUGE master bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. The 2 guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home from the master. One features a king bed with a TV and sliding glass doors for a private entrance to the lanai. This bedroom is just adjacent to a walk in shower and bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and an attached third bathroom. INFORMATION FOR BOATERS: There is a private boat dock (9m x 2m) at the house with a fantastic view over the wide salt water canal and the canal crossing (corner Lotus and Nipperkanal) Path directly (without lock) to explore the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island. Here you can not only moor with a rental boat, but also have breakfast, with a little luck you can fish a tasty fish (fishing available) or organize a private picnic whenever you want and enjoy the wonderful view. You practically sit "in the middle of the water" against a great backdrop. We are happy to help you arrange a motor boat.

EXTERIOR: You will quickly find that you will spend most of your time outside, not indoors. We have therefore placed great emphasis on the garden, the pool and the pool area. In the garden you will find beautiful palm trees, colorful strelizia hibiscus bushes and other plants.
The heated pool is large enough to let off steam in it (especially children will have fun). The entire pool area with open space and lanai (covered seating area) takes up the entire width of the house and is protected against mosquitoes and other bugs by a screen. So you can experience the warmth of Florida outside in the evening, grill real American steaks on the large gas grill, enjoy the atmosphere by the illuminated pool or simply look at the starry sky with a drink on the loungers.
On our new, 9 meter wide, private boat launch with stylish, large Adirondeckchairs you can enjoy the view of the wide canal crossing and catch the best pictures of turtles, poison green iguanas, flying fish and sunning anhingas and herons early in the morning.

2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 0,15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.

The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests with the use of the queen sofa sleeper sofa in the front living room.

Just step outside one of the 2 sliding patio doors to bask in the sun or swim in the heated pool that is fully screen enclosed! The pool(solar & electric) is heated between 86 to 88 degrees year-round without needing to pay additional pool heating fees. The Eastern and Southern sun exposures on the pool will get you that glowing tan throughout the day. When you are wanting relief from the sun, retreat to the wonderful shaded area under the large lanai to stay cool. There is a pass-through window to the outside lanai bar countertop. The inside kitchen counter also has a breakfast bar. The space
As you enter the front door, feel the vibe and comforts of home, simply you being you. You will notice from second one, the tasteful decor, tidy and welcoming ambiance your oasis has to offer. It is a 2800 square foot one-story home with both Living Room and Family Room, including coffered ceilings in both of these rooms. The home is sprinkled with tons of artwork.

Within the Dining area off the living room, you will enjoy the dining room table that seats six.

The kitchen is stocked for a gourmet chef and his/her house guest with granite counter tops and spacious elevated breakfast bar seating for four. Not only that, there is an additional eight-foot-long granite counter for food prep that the owner loves as an amateur chef.

You will enjoy the coffee and tea counter in the area adjacent to the long-kitchen prep area described above. We offer complimentary Keurig (K-Cup) coffee/tea maker, with regular/decaf coffee, tea as well as sugar, sweetener, and creamer.

There is a covered lanai for your comfort. Embrace outdoor Florida living with the colorful pool (unheated) view during your delightful dinner prepared on our four-burner outdoor gas grill. Your dining table on the lanai can accommodate six.

Plenty of parking either on the three-lane driveway or on the street. PARKING ON THE GRASS IS NOT PERMITTED BY THE CITY.

There are washer and dryer laundry services ONLY for guests who stay for more than seven consecutive days. Laundry Services are performed by the host, Angela, for a per load charge and with a minimum 48 hour prior arrangement with her. She will turnaround your unfolded laundry in 24 hours.

Pets are not permitted on the property. The host is severely allergic to cats and dogs; therefore, no service animals are permitted on the property.

Infants and children younger than 12 years old are not permitted.

You must have the following on your Airbnb profile in order to book at our home:
a) verified government ID
b) current phone number
c) recent photo of you that we can verify it is you that checks in.

After your booking is confirmed, you will provide 1) full names of you and your fellow guest, 2) your permanent addresses, 3) your phone numbers, and 4) a recent picture of you and your guest. This is done for the protection of all guests that stay at my home.

No firearms are permitted on the property. If you have them in your possession as a guest at our home, they must be stowed in your vehicle at all times and you must be able to show an unexpired concealed carry permit issued by an authorized governmental authority for such firearms. If firearms are discovered on the property by the owner, the manager, or another guest that are not stowed in your vehicle, the Cape Coral police will be notified and you and your guest will be removed from the property.

There are four video cameras recording footage of the exterior of the house- on the lanai, pool, driveway, and front door. Cameras are used to protect guests.

Please make sure that your credit card or debit card payment source is working and has enough available dollars for your booking. If there is a problem with the payment, I will ask Airbnb to cancel a reservation where there is a pending payment. Of course that does not mean you can't try to book again.

Full access to entire home in addition to your private bedroom. Enjoy time laying by the pool or enjoying a conversation over a fire in the fire pit. Grab some burgers and grill a delicious dinner or cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Lounge in either the Living Room with a book or watch a game or movie in the Family Room. Going to the beach, grab the beach bag provided in cabinet located in family room and beach towels for a day of shelling or sunning at the beach.

There is washer and dryer ONLY for guests who stay for more than seven consecutive days; available only between 6 pm and 9 pm and with prior arrangement with Angela the host.

Other things to note
The Gulf Beaches: Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Causeway are a 16 mile drive. The Cape Coral Beach where you can enjoy the sand and great views, grab a bite to eat at the Boat House Tiki Bar or spend a day fishing from the pier, is a short 12 minute drive.

The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, a 10-minute drive from our home, offers daily rides from the Marina to Fort Myers Beach (for a fee) on the 42-passenger Silver King. It is an awesome option to driving where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the views on your boat ride to/from the beach...maybe even see a Dolphin or two!

The space is clean with a Queen bed. The shared bath is in the hall next to the living room TV which is a common area and used. Enjoy a walk in a quiet safe area. Enjoy the beaches, fine dining, and nightlife within 20 minutes. Grocery 5 minutes away

Guests can use the living room and dining room. The working area of the house is not accessible. Parking on-site.

Gay Couple. Spacious home in upscale neighborhood. Close to Matalache, Pine Island, Cape Coral Beach is 9 miles away. Lots of great restaurants. We do offer kitchen privileges but there is a mini fridge in the room so all food to be stored there. This is a shared space in our home and we do not allow pets at all even service animals we are exempt per Air B&B policy. we have 3 small non shedding hypo allergenic dogs if you are afraid of or do not like dogs this is not the place for you.

The space
There is a TV in the room and on on the Lani. Also no smoking in the house but you can smoke on the Lani at the table only as long as it doesn't bother other guests. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker, folding desk and a latch lock on the inside of the room.

Guests have access to the kitchen and can cook and can store food in the mini fridge in the room only, the bathroom which is shared and of course the Lanai and pool.

All guests are required to give me a 1 hour window arrival time between 3pm and 11 pm at least 24 hours before arriving.

As you enter the front door, feel the vibe and comforts of home, simply you being you. You will notice from second one, the tasteful decor, tidy and welcoming ambiance your oasis has to offer. It is a 2800 square foot one-story home with both Living Room and Family Room, including coffered ceilings in both of these rooms. The home is sprinkled with tons of artwork.

The kitchen is stocked for a gourmet chef and his/her house guest with granite counter tops and spacious elevated breakfast bar seating for four. Not only that, there is an additional eight-foot-long granite counter for food prep that the owner loves as an amateur chef.

You will enjoy the coffee and tea counter in the area adjacent to the long-kitchen prep area described above. We offer complimentary Keurig (K-Cup) coffee/tea maker, with regular/decaf coffee, tea as well as sugar, sweetener, and creamer.

There is a covered lanai for your comfort. Embrace outdoor Florida living with the colorful pool (unheated) view during your delightful dinner prepared on our Weber outdoor gas grill. Your dining table on the lanai can accommodate six.

Plenty of parking either on the three-lane driveway or on the street. PARKING ON THE GRASS IS NOT PERMITTED BY THE CITY.

There are washer and dryer laundry services ONLY for guests who stay for more than seven consecutive days. Laundry Services are performed by the host, Angela, for a per load charge and with a minimum 48 hour prior arrangement with her. She will turnaround your unfolded laundry in 24 hours.

Pets are not permitted on the property. The host is severely allergic to cats and dogs; therefore, no service animals are permitted on the property.

Infants and children younger than 12 years old are not permitted.

You must have the following on your Airbnb profile in order to book at our home:
a) verified government ID
b) current phone number
c) recent photo of you that we can verify it is you that checks in.

After your booking is confirmed, you will provide 1) full names of you and your fellow guest, 2) your permanent addresses, 3) your phone numbers, and 4) a recent picture of you and your guest. This is done for the protection of all guests that stay at my home.

No firearms are permitted on the property. If you have them in your possession as a guest at our home, they must be stowed in your vehicle at all times and you must be able to show an unexpired concealed carry permit issued by an authorized governmental authority for such firearms. If firearms are discovered on the property by the owner, the manager, or another guest that are not stowed in your vehicle, the Cape Coral police will be notified and you and your guest will be removed from the property.

There are four video cameras recording footage of the exterior of the house- on the lanai, pool, driveway, and front door. Cameras are used to protect guests, the host and owner.

Please make sure that your credit card or debit card payment source is working and has enough available dollars for your booking. If there is a problem with the payment, I will ask Airbnb to cancel a reservation where there is a pending payment. Of course that does not mean you can't try to book again.
