It is nestled near many restaurants and the popular Times Square Plaza/Fort Myers Pier area, but does not sacrifice the quietness and friendly neighborhood of this beach community. It’s located five lots from the Whale Restaurant(currently under construction opening approximately Oct 25), and steps from the Gulf beaches. Conveniently, it has easy on and off access for coming and leaving the island and plenty of space for parking.

The Sundeck restaurant had a waiter that brought me the wrong salad and completely forgot my drink. After that happened we just asked for boxes to take our food back to the room. Other than that, everything was great and we plan to stay there again. The condo provided everything you might need from cooking, to beach towels. Within an hour of booking the Santa Maria Harbour, I attempted to cancel. After all, Expedia gave no indication in advance that the reservation was final and payments were nonrefundable. When I contacted the firm that books this condo, the representative essentially said, Sure, you can cancel if you want, but well keep 100 percent of your payment. I blame Expedia for not explicitly stating that bookings were immediately nonrefundable and the firm for such a rigid policy that prevents cancellations one hour after reservations are made.I wasnt going to let that much money go to waste, so I proceeded with my vacation to the condo. I will say that before we arrived, the managements welcome packet and Emilys excellent communication ensured that we knew what to expect days before we arrived.The Santa Maria Harbour 311 has a large bright space that allowed my wife and I to stretch out comfortably and never feel the least bit confined. The living room, dining area and bedroom with its king-sized bed were delightfully large. The place was clean and well-maintained, and I was very pleased with the way the place looked and felt. The private deck also was large, had a ceiling fan and was screened, a good reading space. This particular unit, however, lacks a view. In spite of the name, 311 overlooks a parking lot, not a harbor, which was disappointing."
