This unit has one king bed and is a newly renovated studio. It is 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. Park your car and walk everywhere or Uber in. The street itself is a quiet retreat. This is a lower unit located on Carolina Avenue, FMB.
Please know we have acid washed the pool and have all new pool equipment. Unfortunately Ian stained the pool. I am told the stain may fade over time with the chemicals. If not, then I have to resurface the pool which is not an option now. The pool and spa can be heated. The spa/lights shut down at 10p.m. for the night due to FMB's noise ordinance. Charcoal BBQ by the pool and one by your entrance.

It all has been updated and has appliances for cooking anything. We provide beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach wagon, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, body soap, hand sanitizer, It is the downstairs unit and the pool is shared with the upstairs unit.

My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. The cost is $40.

This updated and charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on the second floor (1 flight of stairs up) in a multi-unit building. It’s located in a desirable & quiet section of the island that’s quite popular amongst vacationers, recognized for its combination of being away from the crowds, yet in very close proximity to one of the nicest sections of actual beachfront on Fort Myers beach. The unit sleeps 4 with its 1 king bed master bedroom (with private insuite bathroom) and it’s second bedroom with a queen bed. The unit is fully renovated and well equipped with practically everything you'll need for you beach vacation.

High speed mesh Wifi is available throughout the property and there’s streaming internet to the TV (so you can access your Netflix accounts, Prime, etc).

There’s also an inviting backyard space as shown in the photos, including a tiki bar and a relaxing seating area, both of which are under gazebos that somehow survived the Hurricane! That said, guests are given their privacy on their side of the building, but can certainly call the owner, if needed. He’s very happy to help you with suggestions & advice to ensure your vacation is a great one!

Fresh, clean and cozy, this modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo/apartment is located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. Occupying the ground floor of our four-unit building, the décor is contemporary beach casual and is perfect for 2 people. This popular ground floor unit features a primary bedroom with queen bed and new memory foam mattress and the bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, Keurig coffee maker and ample cookware.

The bedroom and living area are equipped with Smart TV’s and upgraded StarLink internet/Wi-FI is included. A propane BBQ grill is provided for use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the shared outdoor grilling area. "Free" unassigned parking, complimentary use of laundry facilities including detergent is also available for our guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are also provided.

Casa Bella is located mid-island on the corner of Avenida Pescadora and Estero Boulevard directly across the street from the beach. Public beach access is a 3-minute walk south to Dakota Ave or community access is diagonally (south) across Estero Blvd. The popular Island Trolly services the length of the island if you prefer not to drive. Other things to note: It’s a short walk to a Publix grocery store approximately 1/4 mile away. Junkanoo’s and the Fresh Catch restaurants, popular destinations for casual and fine dining are also located on the bay behind Publix.

To get you started we provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, as well as a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, a roll of hand towels, a bottle of liquid dish detergent, dishwasher pods and scouring pads.

For your safety we recommend footwear be worn at all times while on our property and protective beach shoes are recommended while on the beach and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.

Harbour House 204 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath second floor hotel condo on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. This unique resort's location and all it offers is like finding a hidden gem! Amenities and location leave little else to be desired. This is all in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Times Square, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. We're talking access to miles of white, sugar sand beaches, a pier, too numerous to count clubs, restaurants and boutiques, all within walking or biking distance. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters to name a few. Trolleys run up and down the island, plus this location is situated such that it provides quicker ingress and egress to and from the mainland. If that's not enough, your home away from home is also located right off the back bay with it's active boat traffic, Snug Harbor waterfront restaurant, Nervous Nellies bar and restaurant and a myriad of other clubs and shops along the bay and Old San Carlos Boulevard. This vacation rental unit has been totally rebuilt and is now ready to welcome guests again! Nearly everything is brand new and it is likely one of the nicest studio apartments now available on the entire island. Skip the dated condos and hotels and get ready to enjoy this newer, nicer option, located just 1 short block (800 feet) from the sand. As you’ll see from the reviews it had a great track record before the storm, and it’s been rebuilt even better! Enjoy NEW!

"The Starfish Suite:" Everything, and yes, I do mean everything is brand new in this apartment (except for one small bathroom window) in 2024. And while some use the term ‘everything is new’ rather loosely, not here. Even the walls are new! There’s new modern flooring, new front windows, new French doors with integrated blinds, the entire kitchen, the bathroom…everything. The A/C system, the lighting, the 55” TV, barstools, appliances, the couch, etc. Plus all the little items that it takes to furnish a property, such as the towels, the mattress, the sheets, every fork, spoon, pot & pan—all new as well. In a hotel or typical rental, these items have been used numerous times by numerous guests. Not here. You get to enjoy the next best thing to outright new construction without the hefty rental price tag that typically accompanies it.

Lots of extra touches not typically found in an affordable vacation rental too- higher end granite counters, shower panel with multiple jets, expensive frosted glass bifold doors, frameless shower doors and vessel sinks. Since I had to rebuild it from scratch, I wanted to do it as nicely as possible!

Returning guests: Note that it’s now been upgraded to a comfy King bed instead of a Queen. All the better!

Unit is located on the ground floor (no stairs) in a multi-unit building. It’s located in a desirable & quiet section of the island that’s quite popular amongst vacationers, recognized for its combination of being away from the crowds, yet in very close proximity to one of the nicest sections of actual beachfront on Fort Myers beach. The unit sleeps 2 with its 1 king bed, offers a private exterior entrance and has a generous size private bathroom. The unit is well equipped with practically everything you'll need for you beach vacation.

High speed mesh Wifi is available throughout the property and there’s streaming internet to the TV (so you can access your Netflix accounts, Prime, etc).

This studio apartments measures approximately 500 square feet so it’s certainly a bit bigger than most island hotel rooms. Again, it is a studio unit so bear in mind there is no separate bedroom, though it is a good size room with ample closet space and storage. It also features the biggest bathroom of all the units available in this building. It is a first floor unit so stairs are not an issue. There is another unit above it and this is a frame building so yes, you may occasionally hear the occupants in the unit above however the unit was remodeled adding a double layer drywall ceiling and 10 inches of insulation between the units for superior sound control.

Free parking is included with your reservation.

There’s also an inviting backyard space as shown in the photos, including a tiki bar and a relaxing seating area, both of which are under gazebos that somehow survived the Hurricane! The tiki bar has a TV and the wifi signal works well from the backyard space as well. A new BBQ grill has also recently been added for your enjoyment. Note: this backyard area is shared with the other units in the building. There is also convenient, shared laundry equipment located on the 1st floor as well (located through the garage).

Guest will be able to access their unit via a digital deadbolt system, so the timing of arrival is quite flexible (anytime after 4pm) and the unit will be all set for you on the day of your check-in. Also, the owner lives in one of the other units in the building, so he's very close by, if the need arises. That said, guests are given their privacy on their side of the building, but can certainly call the owner, if needed. He’s very happy to help you with suggestions & advice to ensure your vacation is a great one!

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, featuring essential appliances, dishes, and cookware. Enjoy meals at the inviting round dining table, which comfortably seats four. The living area offers a relaxing space with a cozy sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed, providing extra sleeping space. The private primary bedroom boasts a king bed with a new memory foam mattress, premium bedding, and 100% cotton linens, along with plenty of storage. Step outside to your private screened area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and chair, perfect for unwinding. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the private apartment, the back lanai with pool, and a side screened sitting area directly outside the apartment. In addition there is a community game room, located just outside the main entrance, features darts, ring toss, ping pong, and foosball. A shared seating area is also available, along with two free laundry towers.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Nature preserve just at the end of the road. Beach access and restaurants only steps away.

Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily November -April . A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic

Interaction with Guests:
We are local residents of the island and are usually available to assist our guests with any questions or needs they may have. We are generally on-site, but the best way to reach us is via the messaging system on the platform. We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.

Would definitely stay here again!" - "The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. We were in the lower left unit. There is a common games room, a very nice pool and a more private sitting area. There were also chairs, wagons and coolers to take to the beach. The interior of the unit was virtually brand new, had everything we needed to cook and two good Roku TV systems. The location is on a quiet cull du sac and is ideal for a short two block walk to the huge beach area and only a 20 minute walk to the main downtown area. There is still a lot of hurricane damage in and around the Fort Myers beach area being repaired but this did not detract from the stay. We would definitely come here again"

Guest Access:
Guests may access the shared heated pool, spa, and tiki hut area as well as free unassigned parking in front of the building. The other units (top right side and downstairs) are separate rentals so please be aware there could be up to two other groups on premises at the time of your stay, and they too will have access to the pool area. These units share a washer and dryer room which is located between the units on the patio area (pictured in patio photography, behind white door).

The Neighborhood:
This property is located at 198-200 Anchorage St. on Fort Myers Beach, with a walk to the beach of just 3 minutes. It is extremely close to many restaurants, shopping, and Lovers Key, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
