Tiled throughout, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and one with twin beds, as well as a sofa bed. TVs in master bedroom as well as living area. Spacious kitchen with all amenities including stove, microwave and large size refrigerator. Screened in porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

This corner unit has plenty of natural light and is meticulously cared for. Each room, including the living room, has its own ceiling fan, AC unit and smart TV for your comfort and entertainment. The unit features a king bed, a full bed, and a full-sized sofa bed, all with extra linens provided. The bathroom is stocked with basic essentials. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, dishes, wine glasses, a coffee bar, and more. The spacious rooms also boast ample closet space, making it easy to settle in. This unit is the perfect place to relax and unwind!

Guest access

All guests will have access to a storage unit, pool and clubhouse. Guests will have access to beach essentials such as a wagon, chairs, towels, small cooler, umbrellas and tent. Guest will have assigned parking spot as well as ample guest parking around the community.

There is a large state of the art kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and a large island/ breakfast bar with 4 stools. This unit is located on the 6th Floor, which is the Penthouse level with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. Enjoy sunsets or reading on the 2 lanai's. Five star professionally decorated and remodeled penthouse condo with million dollar views! Free Wi-Fi, parking, heated pool, tennis court, and beach access directly across the street. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a queen sofa bed. You have access to the entire condo. I'm available for any questions you may have prior, and during your stay. I am accessible by email and on my mobile phone. San Marco Residences is located centrally on Marco Island, and across the street from the JW Marriott. You can take advantadge of the JW Marrriott property without paying their high prices to stay there! The condo comes with 1 assigned parking spot, and additional guest spots if you have guests. A great way to explore the island is by bicycle, Moke, golf cart, or sling shot. There are places on the island you can rent them. In addition Uber and Lyft are available. There is also a complimentary travel service called Crabby Cabbie (they work for tips). The washer/dryer is located directly next door to our condo on the 6th floor. Please bring quarters to operate the washer/dryer. We offer a laundry basket in the condo for your convenience.

Well landscaped grounds with boat access and BBQ grill are available for your use. One hour from Ft. Myers International Airport(RSW) and only 2 hours from Ft Lauderdale and Miami make this a very convenient location for all travelers both domestic and international. You can be on Fifth Avenue in Naples in 1/2 hour and the Florida Keys in 3 hours. Our European guests love this property and its location.
