I just wanted what we were told at the time we reserved. We brought this to the attention of the office manager and she did apologize, but we were already turned off because we paid a premium price for one week and expected much better service. We also came in from the beach one afternoon to find the water was off in the building. We were going to shower and meet friends for dinner but no water. Overall, when paying a premium price for a week, we didn’t expect to be argued with over doing a load of laundry. We also expect the hefty cleaning fee should cover replacing smoke detector batteries regularly so guests are not woken up during the night. We also feel that the property management service should be polite and accommodating. I think the owner of this condo should know.
