Workers came right away to try to fix it but cable company needed to come out. I was a little upset because I missed the NCAA championship men’s game. Everyone there was extremely helpful. My husband has a bad hip (scheduled for surgery) so to walk is very painful. All we had to do is call the front desk and they would send a golf cart and driver to take us wherever we needed to go. I loved every minute and was sad to have to come back to reality!!!"
