Everything is brand new from the mattresses and bedding, to state-of-the-art appliances, 60 inch HDTV Smart TV in living room, and USB outlets for easy plug-ins. There is a cool seagrass king bed in the master and two cottage twins in the guest. Both rooms are equipped with flat Smart HDTV's. The kitchen is more expansive than most with an under-counter washer/dryer which lends to a more open feel. The lanai is an extension of the open air living space which boasts magnificent Gulf views. Take in the spectacular sunsets while lounging in a comfy outdoor sectional. From the second you walk through the door and see the sandy beach at your footsteps, you will feel relaxed.

- "The property was beautiful. We were literally right on the beach with a short trip over the bridge to Sanibel Island. The beach was a little deceiving. There wasn't much shore line, but the views were still breath taking. It was very quiet, which we liked. One issue was that the second bedroom was extremely hot. Our kids were miserable in the heat. The airflow was terrible. The pillows in both bedrooms were cheap and uncomfortable. I suggest bringing pillows from home. I don't think the covers on any of the beds get washed. The blanket in the closet was dirty. Other than that, it was amazing and we had a wonderful time."

Only confusing thing it says in the handbook to wash the towels before you leave so we put them in the washer but then on our way out I read the departing Email and it said to put them in the tub because linens are professionally cleaned. Just an FYI. There was plenty of towels and the master shower is wonderful. Never did go to the restaurant at the hotel next to the , but the bar/grill on the corner across from the boat launch was fun and good food and drink. Also there is paths to walk on but you can not walk and explore as this is a secluded property. I like to stay right in fort myers beach so you can walk and get around on foot. This place is not close to anything to do this. Would recommend this unit."

The area in front of the condo is a "highway" for boats moving to and from the gulf. It was fun to watch. The turn off for the resort is located right next to the causeway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Makes for a quick trip to the island. There are several restaurants nearby and on the resort property. The Publix grocery store is a short 10 minutes away. If you are planning on cooking, note that the kitchen is well supplied but not with any cooking essentials such as spices, cooking spray, etc. that you will have to get on your own. Beds were very comfortable. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice! Thank you for a very lovely stay. On a side note, I was unable to find the lid for the blender and the toaster was not working properly."

This beautiful high floor unit has expansive water views with nightly sunsets from the screened in lanai. the lanai can be closed to the outdoor elements allowing for year round enjoyment.
