The Coconut Cabana is BACK after much clean up and repair from the past Hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton. This is a very private, quiet and cozy gem on the tropical resort-like grounds of "Villa Key West", a Key West style home in St James City, the southernmost point of Pine Island, looking across San Carlos Bay to Sanibel Island. It is adjacent to a large, heated, deep, saltwater pool. This one bedroom, 2 person cabana is perfect for a romantic getaway, a tropical vacation or just an escape from the noise and bustle of city life. Your stay at The Coconut Cabana is shared with no other renters, just your hosts/owners Liz and Parker that reside in the adjacent main house (villakeywest). This rental provides kayaks, bicycles. and when available, a courtesy electric golf cart that can be driven throughout all of St James City, a private 150' sunset/fishing pier and a boat dock is all part of this rental. .

House upgraded in April 2023 on the water across from Sanibel Island at the end of Monroe Canal. Enjoy the awesome view from the deck overlooking the mangroves and water. Bring your boat, boat lift included. Launch the included kayaks, the bikes, or just kick back on the deck watching the boats and dolphins. Great fishing awaits you in the sound, or head out into the gulf for the really big catch. This property is at the end of a canal which greatly decreases your no-wake time navigating canals both going out and coming back in. Monroe Canal Marina boat ramp just up the canal.

Pine Island is more of a slow island style tempo than even the rest of western Florida. There are several bars and restaurants close by, but no high rise condos on Pine Island. The neighborhood is mostly seniors and families with grandchildren. Frequent visitors from the sea include dolphins right in front of the villa. Ample parking in the driveway for a boat trailer. Boat rentals and Golf Cart rentals available close by. Saint James City, is a street legal golf cart community! Incredible view at this price. Compare a final price quote with other properties, no cleaning fee, zero! There is a $100 pet fee.

Bring the boat, kayaks, bikes and water toys. This high and dry Pine Island home on a canal has withstood all the storms with no water damage. The house is on stilts so it remains safe from storm surge. A short trip down the canal with your boat takes you to Jug Creek, into Charlotte Harbor and out to the Gulf of Mexico in 15 minutes, where the best fishing in the world happens.
Go up the stairs to the living space where you will feel like you are in a treehouse. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and screened in deck overlooking the canal and fruit trees.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with storage as well as a large dresser and huge closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser and big closet. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. We supply all the comforts of home for short or extended stays. We have added a newer air conditioner, hardwood floors and new roof in 2022.
Plenty of seating options for the whole family.
Downstairs there is a laundry room for guest use with a washer, dryer, folding table and a freezer to store your ice, bait and the day's catch. A rolling rod rack rack is there to store your rods safely. There is a locking dock box for your use to safely store your fishing gear. We also provide a gas grill, kayak rack, and bike rack. Relax and enjoy your fresh catch and a cocktail under the carport while watching the fish jump in the canal.
The dock has electric, fresh water, fenders and cleats to tie up your boat up to 26 ft. long. Sorry, the boat lift is not for guest use. The boat launch ramp is 3 streets away and there is ample parking for your trailer and vehicles.

The 3rd bedroom, downstairs, is the "Captain's Quarters. It has a queen storage bed, full bathroom and mini kitchen. It is not rented to a separate party. Maximum guests is 8 persons in the house. No exceptions

If you are looking for an awesome get-a-way, we have the place for you! If you love to fish, swim or just enjoy the Florida weather, this place is perfect! The kitchen is fully stocked with any/all cooking needs. Spacious living, dining, kitchen areas. We offer 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms: The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and we have a queen murphy bed cabinet in the living room (looks like a piece of furniture when not being used as a bed) . Both bathrooms have been completely updated.
We offer two 7,000 pound lighted boat lifts, both covered, fish cleaning table, several hose locations for water to accommodate both boat lifts. When standing on the dock, you can see into Charlotte Harbor. Minutes to some of the best fishing in the state.
Use the pass thru window in the kitchen for easy access to the lanai while you enjoy grilling and having meals on the outdoor dining that includes seating for 6.
The pool is heated for winter and is screen enclosed and we also offer an outdoor shower.

General Store located in St. James and within walking distance from the property. At the center of the island there is a Winn Dixie, Publix, CVS and Dollar store. Matlacha is recovering nicely after Hurricane IAN and many small shops continue to open. Cape Coral is a 25 minute drive!

BEACHES
If the beach is what you're after Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva are an hour's drive or take a boat or ferry and get there in half the time.

CHILDREN
This home is not suitable for young children. There is a 5.5 foot inground pool that is easily accessible, and a few steps from the back door. Due to safety reasons, persons younger than 16 are not permitted.

POOL
The pool is heated year round at 85 degrees. In the summer the pool is warmer and in the spring, fall and winter the pool is heated but may not stay at 85 degrees at all times and everyday and can be much cooler when the weather dips below 70 degrees. Therefore, the POOL TEMPERATURE IS NOT GUARNATEED.

Pine Island Community Pool, tennis courts and Library at the center of Island. (4 miles). Lots of privately owned restaurants on the island. Good food casual wear. Live music at area restaurants and pubs. My favorite restaurants are in The Perfect Cup, The BlueDog , Micali’s, in Bokeelia Captain Con’s Ilike the TacoTruck at the center, and several down in St James city. A Beaches are plentiful within a 60 to 90 minute drive. Ft myers beach, Sanibel beach, North Captiva beach is my favorite there is a water taxi from Pine island to north Captiva. Wonderful outing.

Incredible waterfront views in this fully stocked Bocilla Island Club condominium. This is an end unit which gives a panoramic view of the harbor. The development includes two heated pools, tennis courts, a small marina, a private pier on Charlotte Harbor, and lots of privacy. The condo is of stilt construction with the first floor being under building parking, the second floor being the kitchen and living area, and the third floor being the two bedrooms and two full baths along with the laundry room. If you love the water and a lazy island atmosphere, 'Lazy Harbor' is the place for you. The condo also comes with two kayaks to explore Jug Creek and Charlotte Harbor. We have made lots of upgrades including new flooring throughout, new mattresses, new shiplap wall, new paint throughout, and a 65" smart TV + TV's in each bedroom. Fully painted in June 2022 (not all pictures reflect new paint). As a bonus, there is a "pet" dolphin that makes daily visits in the harbor and in the canal! BBQ for grilling on site, or just to enjoy a beverage and watch the fish jump out of the water, Manatees and Dolphins swim by! Once on-site you will never want to go back to normal lifestyle. - "Brothers on a fishing trip, this is a perfect location for our purpose and the unit met all of our needs. The condo appears to have been recently updated...appliances are all new, the bathrooms have large showers, no tubs, they are stylish and in perfect condition. The place was very well stocked with all of the basic supplies and more, I'd wait on shopping until you see what is there. The grounds of the project..which is only 6 or so duplex buildings are very neat and pool looked like a nice place to relax....it was no pool weather on my trip. The unit had a coupe of bicycles and 2 kayaks which was welcome since wind kept us off the Sound while the backwaters were perfectly calm. We did not bring a boat but the docks and lifts that are owned by unit owners very convenient and very well protected. I have stayed at 4 Winds and Bocilla Club condos nearby and these are as nice, a smaller project so fewer people coming and going. I am on Pine Island often and rented many houses and condos, this will be my first choice next trip."

Welcome to Southernmost Inn on Pine Island! Come and enjoy a relaxing stay on the water in our "Lure Suite". Compared to any other Inn on Pine Island we can honestly say, "If you had stayed at the Southernmost, you could be fishing already!" Avoid the ten to fifteen-minute boat ride up the canal's "no wake" zones.

Lure is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite with a full kitchen so is perfect for short or long stays. The bathroom has a walk-in shower for easy in and out. Our boat dock is right off the lanai as are the beautiful sunsets over San Carlos Bay. There are charcoal bbq's along the dock and a fish cleaning station available. Slips are available for your own boat or a boat can be arranged as part of your stay, both for an additional charge.

There is a King bed in the bedroom and the living room has a sleeper sofa, so 4 can sleep comfortably.

There is a full kitchen with everything you need to enjoy making your own meals, or you can go right next door to The Waterfront restaurant. There are also many other restaurants in the area.

You can sit and sip your coffee and enjoy the water view while sitting in the screened lanai. You will see many forms of Florida wildlife! There is also a small sandy beach a one-minute walk from the property.
