I just wanted what we were told at the time we reserved. We brought this to the attention of the office manager and she did apologize, but we were already turned off because we paid a premium price for one week and expected much better service. We also came in from the beach one afternoon to find the water was off in the building. We were going to shower and meet friends for dinner but no water. Overall, when paying a premium price for a week, we didn’t expect to be argued with over doing a load of laundry. We also expect the hefty cleaning fee should cover replacing smoke detector batteries regularly so guests are not woken up during the night. We also feel that the property management service should be polite and accommodating. I think the owner of this condo should know. The space
I recommend doing a search of Marco Island Inn and Suites to see nice detailed pictures of all the amenities. We are always discounted compared to same condos.

Guest access
Covered parking spaces are located near elevators to condos. Ubers available on the island but so much in walking distance too.

Other things to note
We are open to a longer stay but peak season will be a bit higher per month so would be happy to figure out average per year rate.
