Hot tub was always crowded and it’s unfortunate that the spa hot tub is larger and underutilized. Spa needs to be redesigned since crowded locker room, sauna not hot enough, no single gender sauna and steam room, 1 working shower, tiny locker room. Elevators should all be working during heavy travel season- 1-2 were broken. Gym needs updates with newer bike and elliptical and more waters, fruit, and cold wet towels, yoga mats. - "This condo had everything you might need....it was quiet and comfortable. I loved the layout...it was so much better than staying in an ordinary hotel...just bring groceries....make sure you bring Cone coffee filters and laundry detergent. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable...they added a foam topper to the mattress which was great. I brought my down pillows....as their pillows were polyester filled. So if you are a pillow fanatic...bring your favorite. My husband said their pillows were just fine. I’m a fussy pillow girl. Usually when we rent a vrbo property...we have to strip beds, start dishwasher and put everything back....but the resort said they take care of that. The property was only a mile from the shopping district...and 2 miles from the Naples Pier. The Princess Cruise Boat was a short walk from resort. I would definitely rent this property again."
