We use pillow protectors on our pillows. Pillow protectors, sheets, pillowcases, blankets and bedspreads are all white for guests and bleached and washed in hot water for each visit.

We have never had a problem with the WIFI. We work from there at times and have not had an issue with internet. It is a small Island, surrounded by water, so if you use multi devices it may possibly be an issue to your service.

If you like outdoor space, this is it! Watch the fish jump from the LARGE wrap around screened in deck. Better yet, grab your fishing rod! Use of the boat ramp located at marina is included. There is room under the Villa to store a small boat and park your car. Also located on the property is an area to clean your boat and fish.
There is also a ramp on property to launch a canoe or kayak. Located next to the Villa's is the local grocery store and Pizza restaurant.

The Villa has updated wood look flooring throughout the main living area. The bedroom has a King bed and new carpet installed in 2025, sliding doors for easy access out to the deck. Both bedroom and living room have a flat screen TV with cable. The living room TV is a smart TV. You can log into your account to watch Netflix, Prime and other available choices. Some games and books are also kept there for your use. Washer/dryer located in the storage room down below.
The outdoor screened patio has a high top with two bar stools, two chairs with ottomans to sit and relax and 2 gravity chairs. It's a great place to relax with a book, cocktail or sip your morning coffee. There is also a door off the kitchen leading out to the screened patio. It has cathedral ceilings, BBQ, table with chairs to enjoy your outdoor meals. Picture do not always reflect updates to decor.

Unit 10 is a second floor one bedroom unit overlooking the shared pool and canal. This two bedroom, two bath villa overlooks the quiet golf course of the Royal Palm Golf Club. Newly updated furnishings and décor, the unit has a king and queen bed with a large dining and living room area with a separate den and large lanai. Easy walk to the pool. Beautiful private courtyard. Conveniently close to white sandy beaches and a full array of dining locations and shopping, including popular 5th Avenue.

- "Very nice" - "When you look for a place to spend a portion of the winter you look for warm temps, amenities, location and all that comes with your rent. To me, the owners are a critical part of this decision as a renter. Beth and Roger were great. I was impressed on day one when Beth asked what types of things, we like in a rental.... she actually purchased a Keurig coffee maker since that was on my list. The villa is in a safe location and the courtyard is private and a great place to get sun. The one car garage is especially nice and close to the villa. The space is good with two bedrooms with own bath and opposite sides of the house. For TV they have Chromecast so make sure you know how to use these or simply bring an Apple TV like we did. Internet is fast! The downside in Naples is playing a public golf course and the traffic was extra busy this year. Don't be in a hurry! For golf, you can see the Royal Palm 10th hole from the lanai, but course is very private and no way to play it. I suggest Hibiscus Golf Club (a mile away) and get the frequent player card. That will save you a few bucks and make getting tee times easier (they have a 9-hole rate, too). The other courses in Lely are WAY too expensive and they even wanted $35 to use the practice range. There are cheaper places to practice but very crowded. All in all, our stay was great, and we will do it again some time. You will have a friend in Beth and Roger and that makes renting a breeze."

As it was on the heels of Hurricane Ian, there were a few repairs and cleaning issues at first, but all were remedied very quickly after our arrival. Our host was always available to chat and trouble shoot, and she is very fair. Comfortably furnished throughout and in a good community with tennis, a great pool and hot tub, Hyde Park is just across the street from the tram to the beach and beach restaurants. We particularly like the well-outfitted kitchen in this condo, as well as the large Master bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower room, as these amenities helped make our long-term stay very comfortable. Office Hours: Monday – Saturday 8 am – 6 pm, Sunday 9 am – 5 pm. - Self-Check-in process for after office hours arrivals: Our after-hours answering service assists guests with getting their unit key out of the lockbox. The lockbox is located on the outside of the front of the registration office. There is a telephone to the right of it and instructions on the lockbox. Following the instructions, the guest will use the telephone, verify their reservation information, and the after-hours service will give them a code to unlock the lockbox. Inside the lockbox, the guest will find a welcome packet with their last name. The welcome packet includes everything they need, i.e. a unit key, parking permit, information about the resort. The guest, using a small map, will navigate to their unit on their own. Instructions in the packet direct the guest to return to the office the following morning and finish the check-in process as the key will deactivate by 10 am.

Notice: There are no team members on-site after business hours. Therefore, luggage assistance will not be available. In addition, there are no team members to assist if a room change is needed.
