The only negative was that the bbq propane tank was empty ( so didn’t get to use it) even after asking about the bbq when I checked in."

After the last year of renting the feedback has been that you almost never run into the neighbor. It’s almost as if the pool is private. For the price and location its better than a condo shared with 50 people.😀
