Property is located in the South East end of Boynton just off Woolbright and I-95. 7-10 minutes from downtown DELRAY “the Ave”, the beaches, the Boynton Marina and downtown Boynton (4 miles to downtown Delray Beach, 3.5 miles to the beach — Boca Raton, Lake Worth, Wellington and downtown Palm Beach are also close by). Really central and great location.

Most exciting and unique is the private entrance to Caloosa park just a few blocks from the house through the neighborhood (Golfview Harbor). The park has beautiful topology, animal life and various fitness options — A recently refurbished running and exercise trial along with free tennis and racket ball courts provides endless possibilities for fun. They rent pavilions for parties and host sporting events on occasion. Golfcart rentals are available and will be delivered to the house upon request (for an additional fee). Quailridge Country club is a Golfcart ride away and tennis lessons can be arranged for adults and for kids (10am Saturday mornings for kids for $20).

The neighborhood, Golfview Harbor Estates (sister neighborhood to Chapel Hill) is quiet and beautiful with only three entrances so even though you will benefit from the ease of not being gated, you will not have much traffic other than local traffic. A really nice and comfortable place. Very safe for kids to run around in. The neighborhood offers a clubhouse for party rentals at a very affordable price. The clubhouse is three houses away from the property.

- "The property, both indoors and out, was well kept and comfortable. We had a great stay. Thank you!" - "The property was clean, not very spacious, Pool is shared with 2 other houses on the same property." - "When we arrived at this property the security gates were unlocked (!!) and there was a large beware of dog sign on gate, both causing alarm for us as the neighborhood did not seem great (neighbor yelling/swearing loudly). The correct unit was not identified in our check in email so we had to reach out to the hosts to get it.. The outside of the unit has a dilapidated area with a washer and dryer which was very unappealing. The pool was being fixed when we arrived (assume heater not working as listed in amenities), and pool repairman able to easily open another unit on property when he was trying to help us find ours (why was it not locked?). When we finally got to our unit it had a very old/rickety lockbox on it that was struggled to open. The ‘AC’ was not on (very hot in there) and there was only 1 small wall unit in the condo (no way could this comfortably cool the whole unit) . The pictures on the site look drastically different than the condo- it is very dark and cave like. My son thought he saw a roach. Needless to say we did not stay at this property and the hosts would not refund our money. I’d stay clear of this one!"

- "We could not have picked a better location and the property itself was very pleasant - the pool was clean & ready and a very pretty & private backyard. Our check in went smoothly but we didn't find out until later when we tried to use the grill listed in the description that it was out of propane and then we found out that something was also wrong with the broiler. We can usually roll with this sort of thing and, of course, did but since we were essentially there for just the long weekend, there was nothing to do but purchase our own propane. The management company has offered to reimburse me for that. The rooms were reasonably clean - except under the beds BUT while the beds themselves (four plus one single) were made, there were no blankets available except for the bedspreads, and no linens in sight for the fold out beds/sofa bed. I think the property owner made a very nice effort to leave some niceties (sample shampoos, supplies etc) and, as I said, the place itself was beautiful with large screen tvs in livingroom & 2 bedrooms. I am not sure where the management company comes into the mix but: In addition to the checkout chore list from the management company, some of which conflicted with the email list - trash days for example, I would have appreciated a list of locations of linens, supplies and instructions for coffee maker & other appliances. Knowing what kind of coffee maker to expect would have also been helpful. The very lovely property owner stopped in as we were checking ourselves out Monday morning and we spoke at length. I would certainly stay here again especially if some of these issues can be resolved. This was a great learning experience for me as I also hope to be a host soon."
