The safety of our guests is our priority. Our housekeeping team has been instructed to disinfect every area of the property so you may feel secure and protected with us. Our cleaning protocol includes cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (lights switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) before you check in.

For 30-day or longer reservations, an additional cleaning must be made in the middle of your stay at an additional cost of $145.

For 60-day or longer reservations, an additional cleaning must be made monthly at an additional cost of $145.

In any case, we would schedule the date and time with you.


CONDOMINIUM APPLICATION

The condominium association requires guests to be registered. You must provide the information necessary for this purpose and a copy of your ID or passport to be granted access to the building and the apartment.

Truly ideal in locations - traffic is minimized with only three entrances to the neighborhood. However, we voted against making this neighborhood gated to avoid all the trouble that brings and given the lack of necessity. We also have a very affordable clubhouse that can be rented for private parties and is literally a 2 minute walk from the unit.

1. No Smoking Allowed: No smoking of any kind allowed in the property. Fine will be $500 for any violations.

2. No Events/Parties Allowed: The community quite hours are from 9pm - 8am every day. Please be courteous and respectful of the residents/neighbors. $500 fine if any violation of this rule.

3. No Pets Authorized: No pets are allowed, Service animals must be screened prior to arriving. $500 fine.

4. No Additional Guest Allowed: Only guest allowed to stay at the property will be those in the booking. $50 fine per additional guest not authorized.

5. NO DRUGS: No drugs of any kind are authorized! Violations will be reported and fined $1000.
