- "I stayed in the apartment for three months during the winter season. The apartment is in a great location: 280 yards from the beach, three blocks from the intercostal water and two blocks to the Worth Ave. There are many excellent restaurants and lunch places in walking distance, a gym across the street and hair salons a few blocks away. The apartment is functional with decent size however, it is dated and need some renovation and newer furniture. However, I heard that is the owner’s plan. The best experience is with the property manager Rick and his team. They always take a quick action when I ask for help. They even sent a plumber at 10pm when one of the toilets was blocked. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to rent this place."
