I enjoyed the walking/bike path that runs along Ocean Blvd. The condo is comfortable & has nice views from the balcony. Includes a washer/dryer which is a big plus for me. The internet is very basic, so I needed to use a MiFi to get reliable service. Due to construction across the street, deeded access to the beach was difficult. But the public access is walkable. The owners are very accommodating! They even arrived a couple days before my stay ( from New England) to make sure everything was in order & ready for me to move right in. They plan to do some updates to the condo. I recommend this place & would definitely stay here again. "

Located on beautiful South Ocean Blvd. (A few doors north of "the "Four Season) this recently renovated unit, has views of the Intracoastal Waterway and easy walking access to ocean beaches. The unit is across the street from the ocean and the beach is easily accessible for building residents. The building maintains beach chairs at the ocean site. The buildings is in the process of exterior renovation, installations of new elevators and redecorating the lobby. In addition to the pool, the building has a fitness facility and other recreation rooms.

The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.

A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18.

Parking at the Palm Beach Hotel requires a parking placard. After checking in, you can retrieve the placard from the Frontdesk, hang it on your rearview mirror while re-parking your car 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue along either Bradley Place or N. County Road where the signs are posted for 2-hour parking.

Your placard is NOT assigned to Permit Parking along Seminole and the other side streets and it is not for the 2-hour spaces next to Chase Bank. It's only for those regions 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue and only along N. County and Bradley Place where the 2-hour parking spaces begin.

Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.

Tip: if you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. This can be done without a placard. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine.

Please remember to return your parking placard to the Frontdesk. You may incur a $50 replacement fee if the placard is lost.

- "I stayed in the apartment for three months during the winter season. The apartment is in a great location: 280 yards from the beach, three blocks from the intercostal water and two blocks to the Worth Ave. There are many excellent restaurants and lunch places in walking distance, a gym across the street and hair salons a few blocks away. The apartment is functional with decent size however, it is dated and need some renovation and newer furniture. However, I heard that is the owner’s plan. The best experience is with the property manager Rick and his team. They always take a quick action when I ask for help. They even sent a plumber at 10pm when one of the toilets was blocked. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to rent this place."
