House rules:
1. Check in /Check Out - Check in time is 4:00 pm . Check out time is 10 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24 hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 10:00 am checkout time.

2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

3. Trash: all trash is bagged and put in waste bins provided.

4. Pets: We do allow house trained pets but please make sure to clean up after them. A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. It is your responsibility to deliver the property in the same conditions as received.

5. Parties or events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property.

6. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING in the property. Smoking is allowed outside but do not toss butts in the patio or grass or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (i.e.

Electricity and internet was down when we were there, movie chill day at home turned into an expensive family day out as we had no choice and no TVs working at the home. Lastly, it was freezing, kids were getting sick and it was impossible to actually move around, No heating on the property. Some doors closed; children got locked in the bathroom as the doors were jammed."

The waterfront villa is located on the canal with ocean access. Feel free to rent a boat, kayak, or jet skis. The deck also allows you to enjoy finishing if you bring your equipment with you.

We made sure to make an outdoor space and swimming pool as enjoyable as we could, but we set up a screened patio to avoid any insects or other animals’ disturbance. The backyard has beautiful night lights which creates a truly romantic atmosphere. One of the dining tables is located inside the screened area by the pool, 2nd table is located by the water and BBQ station. There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade and dry off after your dip, plus an outdoor sofa where you can enjoy some food and drinks as well.

Our pool is private and you get full access to it. We also offer the heated option for an additional fee. Regular pool water temperature is usually comfortable all year long, anyway if you prefer it warmer or traveling with kids, we recommend requesting it in advance.
During winter months it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (86 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 65. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.
We charge 40$/night for the whole stay to cover extra electricity expenses.
We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it, and we are trying to keep our properties affordable for everyone.

★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ★

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am. You will be provided with an access code that activates at your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-out are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. We charge a flat fee of $40 per hour, if you need to get more than 2 hours, reach out for a custom quote.
Baggage drop-off is available by request and depends on availability.

Guests have private access to the entire home, landscaped yard, and deck as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 3 CARS - NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS AT ANY TIME, complimentary coffee, and access to a washing machine and dryer.

The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including a toaster, cooking pots, utensils, and even a coffee maker. From the kitchen island, you look out to the living room/dining. The dining area has a glass table and six chairs (extra chairs can be found in the laundry room outside). The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch (that simply becomes a queen-size bed) along with an over 120″ Smart TV PROJECTOR that is perfect after a long day at the beach.

This is a kid-friendly house: we provide you with a feeding chair, kids' dinnerware, toys and books, life vests for the pool.

High-speed Wifi, central A/C, a laundry room with a washer and dryer are all included in your stay at no extra cost to you!

The master bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds with high-quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a spacious modern shower. This bedroom has a flat wide-screen TV.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom is located near these rooms.

If you are looking for some peace and tranquility, then our backyard will completely satisfy your desire: a large pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, and of course beautiful landscaping. The cherry on the top – gorgeous fire pit that will make your evening so much better. You will have everything to cook various dishes in the kitchen or use the grill to have a great BBQ dinner.

- SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Should Guest violate either rule, Guest will be liable for any damages that may have been caused by such action. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed should the Guest choose to smoke inside the house.

Stock up on supplies with an Aldi and a Spouts supermarket just a 10 minute walk away then shop til you drop at Dania Point shopping mall less than a miles walk where you can catch a movie at the cinema, go bowling then eat out at one of the many restaurants, bars and cafes.
You’ll also find a YouFit Gym to squeeze in a workout with a Starbucks next door so you can refuel for the 10-minute walk home.
You’ll be close to Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the stunning Dania Beach with its popular antique shopping one of its main highlights, as well as quaint restaurants, sports venues, and the famous Dania Beach Pier.

Florida's Brightline train system makes it possible to travel from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and Miami without a car. Each ride takes about 30 minutes and departs daily every one to three hours, depending on the direction and time of day.

You can see the city by boat with a fleet of water taxis that travel along the Intracoastal and downtown's New River, stopping at 14 points of interest in Fort Lauderdale and the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.

If your destination is not near a waterway, Sun Trolley offers routes with stops downtown and along the beach, as well as on Las Olas Boulevard. All routes are free except for the Beach Link and Las Olas Link routes.

For shorter trips around the city, consider reserving a bicycle through the Broward B-cycle bike-sharing program.

House rules:
1. Check in /Check Out - Check in time is 4:00 pm . Check out time is 10 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24 hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 10:00 am checkout time.

2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

3. Trash: all trash is bagged and put in waste bins provided.

4. Pets: We do allow house trained pets but please make sure to clean up after them. A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. It is your responsibility to deliver the property in the same conditions as received.

5. Parties or events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property.

6. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING in the property. Smoking is allowed outside but do not toss butts in the patio or grass or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (i.e.
