- "Our group had 21 people, 11 adults and 10 kids (6 families). The houses were terrific, the adults all had their own bedroom with a bathroom and plenty of space for the kids to crash. The outside area was the best part, we spent a lot of time playing basketball, pool, ping pong, bags, and pickle ball. But the best part of the outside of the house was the POOL! We spent many hours swimming, it had plenty of room for the adults to belly up to the bar and enjoy themselves and the kids had their space to splash around behind us. If we ever get back to South Florida we will look to stay here again."

The easiest way to get to the house is by renting a car or using rideshares(Uber or Lyft). The quickest route is taking the Turnpike South 821 and exiting on 137 AVE SW(Exit 6). You will take that exit and from there is a short way drive (5 minutes) to our lovely home.

A Luxurious Italian Villa unlike any place you will find in south Florida close to
Homestead with over 8,000 square feet of air-conditioned indoor spaces as well as a
magnificent court yard located in the center of the villa, with several sitting areas where

There is an event fee in addition to the overnight stay for weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, etc.. This fee is based on the amount of people in the event. Up to 75 people in the event the fee is $6,000.00, up to 100 people the fee will be $7,500.00 and up to 150 people the fee will be $10,000.00. This event fee only includes the reception chairs. The overnight booking must be done via VRBO and then, we will provide the names of our vendors for the reception, i.e. flowers, DJ, photographer, catering, bartenders, waitresses, tables, chairs and tablecloths, etc. , Traveler will have to inform us that there will be an event and indicate how many people in that event.

- "The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel rooms in the first place. Worst of all Saturday morning the host Sofia sent a message in Vrbo lying and saying that she had texted me the info Friday morning. When I pointed out that my number is not in my profile, she switched and said it was emailed to me. Another lie. When I called her out she didn't respond and never apologized. I would not book, not worth the risk!! Things happen of course but the total lack of communication and not seeming to care in the least are the real kicker."
