The marina, boat ramp and boat storage is full to capacity. Pilot House Marina and John Pennekamp State Park is a viable alternative.

- "Thanks again" - "Only "issue" is the pictures online are somewhat deceptive. We all were under the impression there was a beach (not the lagoon)..although the lagoon was nice. A piece of our paradise on earth. Our beautiful villa has breathtaking views. It faces the Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while delighting yourself with amazing sunrises from our balcony. It is very spacious and centrally located, close to all attractions, shops and great restaurants.

It directly overlooks the Atlantic and is very uniquely decorated with a Balinese mask collection. Is a 3/3 two story, with an upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace, both facing the marina. There are several SmartTV’s upstairs living room as well as downstairs. Our kitchen is well stocked if you want to practice your chef skills. For your convenience, we have a front load washer and dryer You will not have any contacts to enter the villa and our golf cart and two bikes are complimentary for your use. There are 2 parking spaces for our guests right on our driveway. We have a front security camera above the garage door.

PLEASE NOTE:

BEACHES IN THE KEYS - Please know that the Keys are not

known for their sandy beaches; however, we have a "sandy beach area"

with direct ocean access for kayak or stand up paddle boarding.

No more than 8 adults and 2children at any give time on the property. If this number

is exceeded guests will be asked to leave and no refund given.

DOGS - 2 maximum. When requesting to book

please provide breed of dog and weight. There is a non refundable pet

fee depending on how many dogs, breed and weight.

We provide a golf cart as an added amenity for guests staying in Unit Villa 6. In the event that the golf cart experiences a mechanical issue that is beyond our control and renders unusable during your stay, we will refund $25 per day for each day it is unavailable.

The

marina, boat ramp and boat storage is full to capacity. Pilot House

Marina and John Pennekamp State Park is a viable alternative.

2 cars are welcomed per stay with free parking.

Do not store fish or bait for fishing inside the refrigerator of freezer.

The coral reefs can be found “OFFSHORE” and cannot be reached

from the shore and require a boat or other means of transportation to

reach.

- "We really liked free kayaks on the property and we used them twice a day in the morning and night to enjoy beautiful view and quietness of the waters. The house was spacious and we had everything we needed, except I had difficulty to turn tv/news on for some reason it kept circling forever, maybe written instructions would be helpful. - "Our experience was so wonderful I almost don't want to review the property so we can keep it our little secret! The property is amazing. The listing is a little hard to figure out in terms of layout so I'll start there. The entrance has parking for at least 10 cars. The first villa is a 2 bed 1 bath and is the main house. Villas 2 and 3 are 1 bed 1 bath and are set up like a duplex. Villa 4 is a 1 bed 2 bath plus an outdoor shower as well. Every villa has it's own stove, fridge, living room, sink, etc. Cabins 1 and 4 received new couches during our stay and are comfortable. The tiki hut is where we spent most our time and is in shade for most of the day. The kayaks and paddle boards were used constantly. There was also bocce, large connect four, large chess, frisbees, volleyballs, and corn hole. We brought a 23' Proline but only kept it in the water for short periods of time because there is no protection from storms. We could U-turn our trailer in the parking lot area, have the boat parked and still have lots of room for parking. The dock was deep enough for our 17" draft with the motor trimmed and fluctuating tides. We launched our boat at Mike Forster memorial park, it's a 3 mile drive and we never had issues getting in or out. We used Tavenier Creek to get ocean side, it's about a 20 min ride there and then another 5-10 to get through the cut. Overall it was a great place to stay, in a great location, lots of wildlife (on land and sea). The bay is literally like having a huge swimming pool just steps away and we were truly sad when our stay came to an end. The owner was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We can't wait to return."
