- "Thanks again" - "Only "issue" is the pictures online are somewhat deceptive. We all were under the impression there was a beach (not the lagoon)..although the lagoon was nice. The beach-chairs and huts and jetty all look like they are on an actual beach to get in the water." - "Nice place with amenities close by. A piece of our paradise on earth. Our beautiful villa has breathtaking views. It faces the Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while delighting yourself with amazing sunrises from our balcony. It is very spacious and centrally located, close to all attractions, shops and great restaurants.

It directly overlooks the Atlantic and is very uniquely decorated with a Balinese mask collection. Is a 3/3 two story, with an upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace, both facing the marina. There are several SmartTV’s upstairs living room as well as downstairs. Our kitchen is well stocked if you want to practice your chef skills. For your convenience, we have a front load washer and dryer You will not have any contacts to enter the villa and our golf cart and two bikes are complimentary for your use. There are 2 parking spaces for our guests right on our driveway. We have a front security camera above the garage door.

- "Our experience was so wonderful I almost don't want to review the property so we can keep it our little secret! The property is amazing. The listing is a little hard to figure out in terms of layout so I'll start there. The entrance has parking for at least 10 cars. The first villa is a 2 bed 1 bath and is the main house. Villas 2 and 3 are 1 bed 1 bath and are set up like a duplex. Villa 4 is a 1 bed 2 bath plus an outdoor shower as well. Every villa has it's own stove, fridge, living room, sink, etc. Cabins 1 and 4 received new couches during our stay and are comfortable. The tiki hut is where we spent most our time and is in shade for most of the day. The kayaks and paddle boards were used constantly. There was also bocce, large connect four, large chess, frisbees, volleyballs, and corn hole. We brought a 23' Proline but only kept it in the water for short periods of time because there is no protection from storms. We could U-turn our trailer in the parking lot area, have the boat parked and still have lots of room for parking. The dock was deep enough for our 17" draft with the motor trimmed and fluctuating tides. We launched our boat at Mike Forster memorial park, it's a 3 mile drive and we never had issues getting in or out. We used Tavenier Creek to get ocean side, it's about a 20 min ride there and then another 5-10 to get through the cut. Overall it was a great place to stay, in a great location, lots of wildlife (on land and sea). The bay is literally like having a huge swimming pool just steps away and we were truly sad when our stay came to an end. The owner was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We can't wait to return."

- "Very clean and well appointed condo. My husband, small dog, and I came down for a 5 night stay for my bday week. The condo was nicely located near our preferred dive shop/boat and some of our favorite restaurants. We enjoyed swimming in the pool or lagoon after a long day of diving, very relaxing. The condo is located in a a very safe location in key largo and the gate adds extra security. Would recommend to anyone (especially couples) looking for a quiet place rent while in Key Largo. - "We had a wonderful stay at Sea-Estes (part of Playa Largo Resort Oceanfront Residences). The home was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. All of the homes look nice and are on a private drive with a short walk to the onsite pool area that is oceanfront and great place to watch the sunrise. We also saw manatees our first day at the pool. At this time there are only about 12 homes built. Sea-Estes has great views straight to the water with a front porch view, a master bedroom balcony view, and a 3rd level balcony which had a built in cabinet area with a small built in grill and sink. It was all very relaxing. We also spent part of our days at the Playa Largo resort. It is a short walk or drive over to the resort, They have a nice pool with bar and food service, swimming in the bay, a small gym, and spa services. Nice to go over to watch the sunsets while listening to live music and s'mores over a fire-pit afterwards. We also took advantage of a sunset cruise and we also did the snorkeling cruise. Highly recommend both. Captain Lolly and Angel were wonderful to sail with. We hope to return sometime in the future. Thank you to the onsite host who checked in with us to make sure we had all we needed as well as assisted me during the booking process answering my questions. "

BEACHES IN THE KEYS - Please know that the Keys are

not known for their sandy beaches; however, we have a "sandy beach area"

with direct ocean access for kayak or stand up paddle boarding.

2 cars are welcomed per stay with free parking.

We provide a golf cart as an added amenity for guests staying in Unit Villa 6. In the event that the golf cart experiences a mechanical issue that is beyond our control and renders it unusable during your stay, we will refund $25 per day for each day it is unavailable.

The marina, boat ramp and boat storage is full to capacity. Pilot House Marina and John Pennekamp State Park is a viable alternative.

Do not store fish or bait for fishing inside the refrigerator of freezer.

The coral reefs can be found “OFFSHORE” and cannot be reached from the shore and require a boat or other means of transportation to reach.

This home is built for good times, from the
dockside seating to the stellar sunset views from the balcony. There is lots of
space to take a seat on the deck - launch your paddleboard or kayak from the
dock. Full kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances. Central air conditioning guarantees
comfort no matter how bright the sun shines. If anyone needs to complete
remote work or assignments, there is dedicated office space in one of the
two rooms, featuring a desk space .

Guests can enjoy 75 feet of dock space and a private boat ramp- perfect for
kayaking, two kayaks, beach towels, are available for guest use. There is
enough dock space available for one 45-foot board or two smaller boats.
There are no lines or lifts available for guest use. Guests must bring their own
ties and bumpers to secure their boat(s).

Come prepared for good times at this home - there is plenty of fun to be had.
Please mind the noise ordinance in place from 10 pm until 8 am.
