Welcome to The Salty Suite! Enjoy swaying palm trees, epic sunsets and a laid back, island vibe. In the studio, you'll be delighted to find unique touches like real seashells on the walls and fun & quirky decor in the kitchen. A large sectional and comfy king bed will give you comfort after a long day of beaching, fishing or snorkeling. The large sliding door offers plenty of light or, if you prefer, the blackout curtains can be closed to offer you privacy and tranquility.
The space
Your stay includes your own private:
-bedroom area with a king bed
-full bathroom
-kitchen (it's on the smaller side, but fully stocked)
-living area (which includes a large, comfy sectional and a nice big Smart TV)
-outdoor living space with a charcoal grill
-central AC, plus a separate window unit
There is also a shared washing machine with the main house. There is no dryer in this unit, but there is a clothes drying rack, lots of tropical sunshine to dry your clothes and an iron.
Guest access
We've worked hard to ensure that you have full privacy inside, so everything in the suite is yours and yours alone during your stay. While it is attached to the main house, it's fully locked off on both sides so that everybody has full privacy and peace of mind. The suite has its own separate area outside as well, so you can enjoy the beautiful Key Largo weather day and night.
Other things to note
Due to zoning laws, the minimum rental period is 28 nights. For stays longer than 2 months, we will be willing to work out a discount - just message us :)
If you want a slightly larger rental unit and both units are available, we can rent you both this suite and the main house (look up "Key Largo Kottage" or click down below to view our other listings) and we can work out a price to rent the entire property. This would give you a 4 bedroom, 2 bath rental.
Private Romantic Bayside Cabin/Guesthouse, peaceful settings, lovely sunsets, beach, fishing pier, lush gardens surrounded by nature and wildlife, birds, iguanas, manatees, dolphin’s, eagles, the beach is just a short walk away from the Guesthouse enjoying a cocktail, fishing, boats cruising by, kayaking, snorkeling or an amazing sunset.

Guesthouse and parking surrounding, gardens, backyard, beach, the iconic Sunsets relaxing on the Beach, if you like fishing cast line off the pier you might get lucky ! Or tanning by the beachside enjoying lounge chairs , umbrellas sipping your favorite cocktail or morning coffee, relaxing hammocks reading a favorite novels , lunchtime enjoy the beachside picnic table and bbq grill/fire pit, all short 2 minutes from your Cabin/Guesthouse.
We like to keep our property tranquil simple and private; Airbnb registered guests are authorized "no visitors" ask your host for an additional daily entry fee when and if available.
We are not responsible for any accident of a person who is not on the reservation.

We provide All toiletries, beach towels , beach umbrella, lounge chairs, fire pit/grill , picnic table, hammock by the beach, please leave the umbrella and chairs as found no unattended fires .
