The breakfast is grab and go style and there was a sweet kitty what greeted us everytime we got back. Parking is a few blocks but we were able to easily drop off and load up befire parking. Definitely near the good stuff on Duvall but very quiet area. We came during Spring Break when it was high season. Loved the Elemis bath assesories very nice touch. Would stay again for sure. "
