Studio style living in one large room. The kitchen, dining, lounging, and sleeping are all one comfortable space. The bathroom is enclosed in it’s own private room. The space is completely separate from our home - no entry to/from our adjacent space. This studio in the heart of North Miami has a busy urban feel. The house sits at an intersection so it is bustling and noisy at times (if you are sensitive to noise please condsider this - we are always happy to provide individual use earplugs). We have also closed and sound insulated one of the awnings so that particular window is not available to have the awning lifted.

The space inside is completely private, with the backyard being the only shared space (with us the homeowners).

We are located approximately 10 miles from Miami proper and about that far from South Beach. We’re in a busy urban area yet it is residential. Uber is easily accessible from your door. Public transit is within walking distance. We’re less than one mile to access I-95.

Cozy studio apartment in Miami close to Beaches, restaurants, and shopping. A perfect crash pad for touristing in Miami. I'm a quiet person and an early riser and this is a space for like-minded guests. You have your own entrance, cozy patio to take your breakfast or cocktails and charming pool area. Quiet residential area for people are working from home, and need to sleep at night, no loud music or partying is allowed at any time! But then, there is no need to bring the party home - you have everything you need just outside the door!
