The house sits at an intersection so it is bustling and noisy at times (if you are sensitive to noise please condsider this - we are always happy to provide individual use earplugs). We have also closed and sound insulated one of the awnings so that particular window is not available to have the awning lifted.

Cozy studio apartment in Miami close to Beaches, restaurants, and shopping. A perfect crash pad for touristing in Miami. I'm a quiet person and an early riser and this is a space for like-minded guests. You have your own entrance, cozy patio to take your breakfast or cocktails and charming pool area. Quiet residential area for people are working from home, and need to sleep at night, no loud music or partying is allowed at any time! But then, there is no need to bring the party home - you have everything you need just outside the door!

We have a contract with ORKIN, they serviced the house on a regular basis however this is Florida and we can’t control some pests that might occasionally show up specially during raining/summer season, we are doing what is needed to be done.
